The room is cozy, clean and have a mountain scenery, the pillow is so fluffy and so the bed, the staff (desi) is helpful while we need some help at breakfast in the restaurant, the location near some good spot in bandung so it easy to go anywhere with public transport

Our stay in Mercure Nexa Supratman is a memorable experience. Right on the lobby, there were kids corner with various toys to entertain them while we were checking in. We stayed for family staycation, we booked twin room, the bed and the room was spacious and comfy. The breakfast had a wide range of menu and very satisfying. The staffs were quick to assist us whenever we needed something. Thank you to Della who was always there to help us.

The Air Conditioner need to improve

Good experience, but I think the management should repair the whole system of AC. Since this is 4 star hotel and famous chain hotel, we expect comfortable experience during our stay. Besides of that this hotel has a very good breakfast menu.

Family hotel with good services. Good food. Good location. Parking slots area are very limited slots, so for 100% occupied rooms its hard to seeking parking slot. However, the Valley service is helping to seek parking in another area. Overall is good.

The 2nd visit here, clean hotel, tasty breakfast and in room dining. Friendly staff. Especially Mba Della who helped us this morning to get chair when the breakfast are full. Thank you Mercure for the great experience during our holiday. Surely we will stay again here.
