We stayed with Family , me, my wife and my 2 kids in Cassia Bintan during weekend. This was our first holiday in 2024. We enjoyed very much especially the foam party.

Helpful and very friendly staff! The taxi tour services are convenient, and there are quite enough tour package experiences to choose from. You can choose to visit the capital Tanjung Pinang, or some of the smaller towns. There are also some snorkeling and jetski options. The beachfront is nice; not too noisy. The restaurants are with blissful ambiences. The resort is filled with gardens and greeneries, and the other restaurants are accessible by riding buggies. The buggy driver Tasia is friendly and helpful, and the receptionist Beriana is also friendly and helped us conveniently with most of our concerns since our arrival. The hotel rooms are well-furnished; we had the ones by the beachfront. There are also other event activities like pool zumba, pool foam parties, and night barbecues.

We had a very lovely and wonderful stay. Everything was so good and beyond satisfactory. From Edo who met us at the Bintan Ferry terminal and transported us to the hotel, to wonderful Anna who warmly welcomed us at the reception and managed our check-in, with very friendly and courteous Tasia who brought us to a lovely lunch at Tree Tops. We had a 2-bedroom ocean view room and it was just perfect! Room was very clean and tidy, with a functional kitchen. The beach view from the room is really great! Thank you very much to the wonderful staff of Cassia. We will definitely come back and stay here!
