Excellent surroundings, room and staff especially Sufyan and Denny! The villa was stunning and the view was gorgeous! Spa was very good and peaceful. Truly a relaxing holiday and very convenient to get to from Singapore. Highly recommended! 👍

wonderful stay best resort with the best view ever thanks to iksan, adesti and selly for make my experience stay feel so great will come back again to this havenly resort and also will recommend to my fellas to came to banyan tree bintan cheers to the great staff (can't mention all only remember a few staff)

Many times the bungy took a very long time to come and service at the tree top restaurant also was slow and poor overall- especially when they were serving the customers at the pool. However we ordered the blue moon dinner in our villa and it was very good - good food, good decoration by waiter sudarsono and chef rizkie

Banyan tree Bintan stands out or high standars, we love the athmosphere. The staff are welcome ,hitting the gong and put flowers on my wife's ear, make her more beautiful. Really nice personal check in, staff informed the facilities and the activities in the hotel and the sister hotel also

We had lovely experience. Comfortable bed and the environment of the hotel is nice, good landscape and it looks green also. Staff are friendly and helpful. Other benefits, we can use their facilities of the sister brand hotel Angsana and Cassia which only next door. The beach also very well maintained so it's very clean Sandy beach.
