The kids club at Rixos Belek is absolutely brilliant! They have kids activities throughout the day from keyrings, glass painting, pottery, painting bags, mini canvases and so much more! Sibel and Meleke are an asset to the team and so caring towards the children and have so much energy to give! Their adult entertainment is brilliant too! Iryna the guest reservation manager was very professional and kind. Alpra, Ahmed and the team were very lovely at the Piazettta restaurant and the penne arrabiata was a win for us. The greek restaurant, Mykorini was amazing, the decor made it feel as if we were actually in Greece! They carried out the tradition whereby guests got to break the glass plates with the staff and had music on to dance after, which was a really nice traditional experience! The steak restaurant, Aksam had beautiful decor but not many vegetarian options. The Asian restaurant, Z'asya was also very good! You’re only allowed to make a reservation once for each of these restaurants during your stay and you have to book the restaurant on the app at 10am every morning for the same day. The other evenings we dined at the Turquoise Restaurant where there was a buffet. They also have a Godiva where they serve pastries, ice cream and waffles in the all inclusive which was amazing! They also have a Starbucks, which is part of the all inclusive. Ali, the bartender was always very helpful too! The heated swimming pool was lovely and the poolside staff are very helpful with getting sun beds together if and when we needed them. We went to the shop to ask if we can use a pump for the floats we had bought with us from London and they charged 9 dollars for this, whereas other hotels we’ve been too don’t usually charge. The sand on the beach isn’t the best I’ve seen, had a lot of stones. We went to Land of the Legends one day which was 12-15 mins drive away, they have shuttles leaving twice in the morning to go there and come twice just before closing time of the park to come back. They also have a further two shuttles in the late afternoon and late evening if you wish to dine at the hotel. The spa was lovely too, went went for a massage and Mia was great! Overall, I would highly recommend!

This is by far the best true 5* AI we have been to in Belek. This was our 8th time to Belek and we always like to try new hotels but we would go back here in a heartbeat. We travelled 4 adults and 1 child (6). The hotel itself is massive and immaculate and in expansive lush grounds. We arrived late evening and were welcomed with bubbly and chocolate covered strawberries. The check in took 20 mins, we were sat and not left waiting. We asked for rooms close together and got connecting rooms which was great. The rooms were lovely, spacious enough with a king size bed and one single. The beds were the comfiest we’ve had. The pillows were very soft but that’s personal preference. The balcony was spacious with racks to dry clothes. Had a dressing table but the lighting was a bit poor, but I take my own illuminated travel mirror so was fine. There was plenty of room for clothes and they provided extra toiletries which helped when I forgot the toothpaste, we didn’t need to ask. The bathroom has wierd sliding separation doors which were a bit cumbersome but wasn’t a massive issue. The housekeeping was fine but cursory as some days the carpet wasn’t hoovered. The husband did however have a issue with the air con as it was centrally controlled to 18 degrees which was too hot, it was fine for me, but again personal preference, we did ask them to check it was working properly and they tested it to 14. In April not a big issue but in summer, if it’s still centrally controlled would be. Food- my god, do not go here if you’ve no self control 😂 it was by far the best food we’ve ever had. We thought Ela excellence was good but this was another level!! We got 5 free ala carts including the 2 at land of legends. Which is the most we’ve had. The pan Asian and the steak house was the best. We’ve paid £300 for a meal like that! They’re amazing! The Godiva cafe is unbelievable! We didn’t bother with desserts after meals we just went there. It’s the best patisserie we’ve had by a country mile! I cannot say enough good about the food! The cocktails were unbelievable. Tell them if you don’t want half and half or they will blow your head off. The best cocktails we’ve had and were proper! They used top shelf branded alcohol and you can tell!! The coffee in the buffet is poor, but who cares it has 2 Starbucks!! The food court was brilliant and everything you needed, the jacket potatoes, chicken and burgers were unbelievable. And we always took churros and fruit pots up to our room on the way back. We only really used the buffet for breakfast and was very varied, we did use for evening and was stuffed on excellent sushi, didn’t notice any themsed nights but you didn’t need it. The pizza at the Italian was amazing! Pools- so pools are always a USP for me. However I always need a walk in. The pools are now split into 3 with only one walk in which wasn’t heated. However we got such good weather the cold walk in was fine. It doesn’t have a thalassotherapy style like others,but does have a waterfall at the end. The pools nearly stopped my booking, but was such a small minor inconvenience I’m glad it didn’t. We also used the adults pool in the spa which was heated with a walk in and bar and was every chill. The main pool music was brilliant and gave cafe del mar vibes all day with live music from the bar in the afternoon.the sun loungers were by far the best, extremely comfy. Some were ground level and we couldn’t use but there was always plenty of double cabana beds. I loved that the pool attendants removed towels with no belongings to stop people reserving all day then not turning up! Service, this is what always make it for us and the WhatsApp assistant was excellent Kaan was bombarded with questions and nothing was too much trouble! The pool waiters on skates were excellent, attentive and frequent with no language issues whatsoever. The service in the food areas and restaurants was brilliant especially the pan Asian and steak house. They had excellent interaction and recommendations, you could tell they took pride in thier work. The hotel operates free shuttle and access to LOL water and theme park, which is a massive bonus. You can also use the shuttle to go shopping or use the ala carts. We used the steak house at LOL which was the same menu as Rixos which was excellent, but the service was really poor. 2 hours later and we’d only just got our mains so we had to leave to make sure we didn’t miss the last bus. I would say this was one of very few negatives. Entertainment, at night we felt this lacked. We arrived end of April so not totally in summer concept, but the shows they did put on weren’t great, there in no amphitheatre and the seats there are all bar stools, so what we did watch we sat on the sun beds. The animation team wasn’t very present, there was a station near the beds, but not much engagement from the team, but no bother we were not that bothered. We would’ve liked better shows and comfier seating to watch at night. We did notice that the music played between shows was full of expletives and some,parents were not happy so I think they need to be more mindful of that, as some walked away with thier kids! The kids club was excellent, there was massive engagement from the team as the child we travelled with needed encouragement and they couldn’t have done more! The kids splash park is in side the kids club but the wrist bands were removed if she went in as there was no childcare for this which is what you would expect and there is plenty of comfy loungers for parents to sit. She enjoyed the activities, keyring making, pottery etc and was the best kids clubs we’ve seen! All the games rooms in the hotel were free! Unbelievable, never had this before and she loved it! The pier is lovely, no bar but it’s wooden planked and a short walk from the main pool, so wasn’t a big issue. It did have QR codes on the parasols to order, but didn’t use them. All in all the best fully all inclusive we’ve been to in Belek. Unbelievable hotel and worth every star!

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. We have visited Voyage Sorgun and Voyage Belek so Rixos had some tough competition to beat, and it did. The ala cart restaurants are amazing and they are included within your booking so no additional fees but remember to be on the app at 10am sharp to get your booking. The drinks selection is vast including some amazing whiskeys and a wide variety of cocktails, the ones in the ala carte restaurants are that bit better than the normal bar ones. The Irish bar has a great range of beers to try out too. We had adjoining rooms which meant getting the kids ready for the evening was really easy and to talk to our parents and make plans was as simple as opening a door and having a chat. All the staff were amazing but I've captured names of the ones that went that little further to make our stay that bit extra special. I know it's a big list but I want them all to be recognised for their hard work. Ridvan, Sul Aiman Peoples Restaurant Sibel kids club Marvel and Nant Zasya restaurant Serkan Timur Snack restaurant Merim Aksam restaurant Hasan Dogus, Mustafa Koc, Mustafa Kiyag Inna Onyschuk, Nigar Yuksel, Sinan Demir beach bar Hokuma Mykorini restaurant Mahmood Italian restaurant Mujgan Ozdemir cleaning Dogan WhatsApp Assistant. All the facilities are great, the gym is 24 hour, and the spa is beautiful. Could not fault a thing from this resort and will be planning our next visit soon. Thanks Rixos.

The rooms, room service, amenities, bed and pillows... everything was great and up to the expectations and, as usual, overwhelmingly pleasant! We always feel at home when at Rixos Premium Belek! The team in charge of making our stay as memorable as possible delivered that and more, making us want to come back again and again! Great salute to Nof, Soumaya, and Serdar, to name just a few! The Bungalow with Ozkan, Sebastian and the crew did an excellent job as well. Not to forget some of the best restaurants there! Hats up!

Wow what a place !...excellent resort with all imaginable facilities for a family...with first class restaurant's.....we experienced the Italian restaurant where Elkhan looked after us ....the Turquise restaurant where breakfast was 5 star and one day we asked if they could make Indian cuisine and chef Dipak and Kishan kindly obliged for dinner .....also would highly recommend the pan Asian , Steakhouse and the Greek restaurant....
