The service has been amazing. The reception staff have been so welcoming, and supportive of any questions / queries that I have had. Any issues identified have been rectified very quickly. Pelin and Alper from guest relations have been super helpful, emphatic, kind. They have answered all questions that we've had, and also offered us an upgrade. My husband and I are very grateful for the kindness offered.

Worst Hotel ever…. Not a premium standard… management dont care about customers. Rude Staff… DONT STAY HERE!!!

When I arrived at the hotel, the staff were not friendly at all. I was not asked how my flight was or how I am, I was just asked ‘wheres your passport.’ The first room I was taken to was soo hot. The heating had been left on at by housekeeping at max on a day where the weather is 27 degrees. As a 5* lux hotel it is assumed that it would have A/C as standard as it’s a modern hotel. I was told that it’s a central ac system so that if they switch the A/C on cold for me it would do the same for everyone in the hotel. The rooms are really dated and have no usb ports anywhere some of the switches are falling off. The main point of concern is the restaurants. When booking i was saw that there are 7 restaurants and 3 bars. I was told as its not “season” only 3 restaurants are open. Turquoise and peoples being the ones included in the all inclusive. Turquoise is the main buffet restaurant and is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Peoples which is a 24/7 al a carte restaurant which i was looking forward to try. The bar, olivers, shows on the website that it has 24/7 drinks desserts and mini sandwiches. As I go to order i find out that they do not currently do food and its only drinks. I spoke to customer relations and addressed the above points. They said as its beginning of the “season” they are operating on a limited capacity. If the hotels opened it should be operating as normal. If someone stays at the beginning or the middle of summer there should not be a difference on the level of service/amenities available. Also this should be clearly stated on the Rixos website as its misleading. As i had been awake super early, once I landed and somewhat dealt with the room issue I decided to have a nap. When I woke up at 9pm I decided i should go for dinner at people restaurant. I was told that it’s closed and the only place where i can get food is turquoise restaurant and it closes at 9:30. None of this was told to me at check in and also not on the website. It shows these are 24/7 restaurants. They keep mentioning the start of the season. The seasons good enough to take my money but not provide the same level of service. Its a real shame that this is the case with this hotel. Its such a beautiful location however the service really let this place down. I even contacted the hotel prior to booking and they said only the paid for restaurants will not be open. I have attached some pictures of the hotel and screenshots from rixos webiste. I am not enjoying my stay what so ever and this is not acceptable. I need to change hotels. This should be a time where i am relaxed, However instead I am stressing. Management is no help. It shows they do not care so much about customer service.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It really is a 5 star in every way. The service is outstanding. They cannot do enough for you, from the minute you arrive, even to when you arrive home, post-stay. (we just got home and got a whatsapp message asking us how our return flight was!) Upon arrival, they set up a whatsapp group fro you all to use if you have any requests, they send buggies to collect you when you need them, the staff cannot do enough for you. (The waiters come to your sun loungers on the beach, call you taxis, arrange anything you could possibly need.). The food is absolutely fantastic and after a week, we still didnt get bored. The quality of meat, fish and salads/veg is premium. Often at all inclusives the drinks can be disappointing and a bit weak (also poor wine) but all the drinks were high quaility and cocktails delicious. The hotel grounds and beach is out of this world. If there is anyone moaning about this place, they're idiots and dont listen. It's impossible to have any issues here. We will 100% be going back.

I don't know where to start, but our Rixos Premium Bodrum experience disappointed me. We will likely not choose the hotel again, which we have preferred for the last few years. The feedback we gave last year, especially for the room doors and children's playground, was ignored. There are no stoppers on the room doors, and if the wind blows when the door is open, stopping the already heavy doors is a difficult effort for many adults. On the very first day, our child got his hand stuck in the door. We are lucky that nothing serious happened to them, but we mentioned that they may face legal problems if such a situation occurs in 2023. Another issue is that the slides and children's playground in Rixy are poorly maintained and dangerous. Children hit their heads while sliding down the slide. The foams that they put under the window in the children's playroom are now starting to come off. It is negligence that such situations are overlooked in places where inspections are carried out and that no precautions are taken despite unfortunate events. Speaking of inspection, the body creams I requested in the room had expired, and they didn't notice it either. The excuse should not be that the employee's eyesight is bad. It is a product that comes into contact with the body and should never be overlooked during inspection. The hotel's name is Premium, but unfortunately, the glass bottled water served in previous years is no longer available. You don't have to ask dozens of times like us, and it takes more than 24 hours to deliver. Some of the drinks in the restaurant (Turqoise) section are missing, there were no napkins on the tables for 3 days. On the last day we were leaving, napkins were placed on the tables. Anyway, don't let the visual pollution interfere with it. However, in the other bar and restaurant, for some reason, the napkins on the table did not create visual pollution. When non-existent drinks somehow left the warehouse, the department managers' defense was that the waiters were misinforming the customers and saying this in front of everyone. With all due respect, your customers are not naive enough to fall for these lies. Let's talk about customer relations. Ms. Cansu, I think it's news from the hotel. In closing, the Turqoise restaurant was not informed correctly. On Saturday, everyone in the hotel went to the restaurant for dinner, saw that it was closed, and went to the other restaurant of their own free will. The menu is not suitable for children. The menu was changed compared to the previous day, and 4 items were removed from the menu. When I told Ms. Cansu that the menu had been changed, I received a response saying the variety had been increased. He is not aware that the menu has been reduced or that people are waiting at the door of the restaurant downstairs for it to open. They confined everyone, especially families with children, to the open restaurant in windy and rainy weather. Not only us, but also other families who have been coming for years expressed their unhappiness. Nobody wants more than the previous year, but seeing less is unacceptable. If your hotel is not ready, do not open it, do not use this as an excuse. If you want to keep your price low, remove the name Premium or change the hotel's name, do not make it Rixos. Your management puts pressure on employees. You can tell from the faces of all the employees. They blame it in public and try to get away with childish excuses. I have a word for the general manager, Murat Bey: I did not have the opportunity to meet him, but I asked for his e-mail address, but they did not give me his e-mail address. Stop wandering around the hotel with 5 people and putting pressure on its employees, whether intentionally or unintentionally. Value everyone's words, not just those who report to you. You cannot solve managerial problems by blaming employees. You are the first person responsible for all this happening. In an institution that is inspected twice a month, there cannot be products with an expiry date. The expiration date of your water in restaurants is May 2024. Legally, there is no problem, but some of it smells. If you like the name Rixos, fine. Our special thanks to the team who showed close attention throughout our stay and made an effort against all kinds of negativities; Without any hesitation, Cenkay and Can Beyler Ms. Pelin from Guest Relations Nasibe Hanim from room service Emine Hanim from the Pool Bar Murat and the other chef whose name I can't remember and Mr. Feyzullah from the restaurant Mr. Baris, Ozan and Can from the Restonran Service
