Saved only by the fact we used just to sleep there while visiting Disney

Tiny room, I know we were a family of four but even so.. the kids beds were both pull down in cupboards (1 in the bedroom, 1 in the "lounge"?) there's nowhere to put anything else. The bathroom was pathetic, i'm only 5'10" but I had to crouch down to get under the shower. The curtain rail for it was loose.It was all too small and very tired. Air con didn't work, very hot room even in october, could open windows but we were right above the main entrance with people smoking and chatting most of the night right outside. Towels were small, stained and rough as old boots. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good. Location - as others have said, seems a bit of a dodgy area, first night we came out of the station the wrong side and felt very nervy. Top tip, come out of the station towards 'Arcades' and go through the mall.

Area a little intimidating.. we arrived late and took back roads to get there, much better to stick to the main road! Five min walk from the station once you know the way. Roads are shabby and piled with rubbish though. Friendly staff on reception. Small carpark. Close to corner shop for basic supplies, and takeaway restaurants. Also has screen in lobby where you can order in from local restaurants. Microwave and vending machine in lobby. Shopping mall and big supermarket less than 10 min walk. We were in Room 208. Nice sized wet room-style bathroom, shower on flexible hose, adequate power. Nice and clean but they didn't replace the toilet roll when it ran out! Hand wash/shower gel provided. Room: Small but nice and clean. No kettle. Large window overlooking car park. Not very noise proof. Excellent air conditioning. Flatscreen TV (didn't really use it) and small table and padded seat beneath it. Double bed plus a single that pulls down from the wall - so can fold away in day time if you need more space. Comfy enough. Asked housekeeping for a second pillow and after initial language issues he told us 3 pillows are enough for a 3-person room and we could not have more. We asked reception later and they had no issue giving us an extra pillow. Housekeeping visited daily: made the beds (but didn't change the sheets - I clumsily dropped some food on the bed and the stain remained throughout our 3 days), emptied the bathroom bin (but didn't take out our full bags of rubbish from the bedroom - there was no bin in the bedroom), didn't replace towels either. I'm pretty sure if we'd asked reception for new towels, we would have been given them, but it is something you normally expect from housekeeping. Breakfast was not too bad - croissants, pain au choc were quite nice, also toast and other breads, fruit salad (not very fresh) cheese, cold meat, yogurt, teas, coffee, juices from a dispenser (not great). No non-dairy options. We only really wanted a bed for the night and so this was fine. With the weather being hot, the powerful aircon was amazing!

Has far has a budget hotel goes, honestly I was pleasantly suprised. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Yes the rooms/bathroom are on the smaller end, but we was only there for 2 nights, literally needed a place to eat, shower and leave and it was great. Breakfast was continental, I personally had no complaints, there was an ok election for a budget hotel. Nice and clean throughout. Good location to and from train/bus station, there's food shops around as well as a shopping mall.

This IBIS budget is a great choice. We had planned a family weekend at Disneyland Paris and this hotel was ideally located only 15 min away from the Sunset park and only 5 min away from RER train. Rooms are cleaned and beds very comfortable. Amazing value for money with a quality breakfast. We even could fit our kid in the room with us and saved dollars to visit the park and our activities. I highly recommend!

People will never ever book anything at this hotel!!!! Never really! My husband and I booked a room with parking. The guy at the reception took a deposit of 20 euros and my hsband's ID. I said to my husband don't be stupid and don't leave your documents cause maybe we will need it. How can someone take and keep your id?! But ok, we stayed there for two days. The day when we wanted to leave the guy did'nt want to give us the ID back. CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT? He just said no, i don't have your ID. I was fightng for our documents. After 1 hours when he saw that i am not gonna give up, gave us back.Be carefull, i don't know how he calls but he is black one, only one black in reception.
