太赞了,卫生无死角,厨房用品齐全,虽然我没用。家具精美,床铺舒服,服务人员热情。优点太多,不说了,说一下意见。 第一,订酒店时,并没有说需要40迪拉姆的服务费。也没说500迪拉姆的押金。押金可以理解,但是服务费有点不能理解。 第二,没有拖鞋,不符合东方人的习惯。 第三,电视太老旧了,雪花太多了,节目也没有好的,建议换成点拨电视,飞机上的那种也行啊。

Here in Dubai, it is standard for all hotels to have the same service charge rate, we do understand that in the Far east the policies and procedures are different from the midde east. At the same time, we do have slippers on request only basis, this is as per the Mercure brand standards, Mercure being a part of Accor group, a renowned European brand of hotels. We regret any inconvenience you had encountered during your stay, we hoped that you had informed any of our associate, we could have rectified it on same time. Rest assured that challenges in the TV resolution observed was already rectified and we are also happy to inform that we are currently replacing all our TVs to upgraded sets that hopefully on your future visit, you will be able to experience. 我们此次在迪拜美爵全套房的体验非常好,之前以为只是普通的宾馆,但是一进门才发现房间非常大,和民宿一样,但是比民宿更干净整洁,还能自己做饭,最重要的是价格非常实惠,服务也超级好,旁边就是地铁站了,出行也很方便。

1.装修没有路标牌指示入口 2.新入住没有准备饮用水 3.电梯不能使用的一侧没有标识说明 4.网络不稳定。 总体感觉还行,毕竟离地铁近,方便出行购物,而且周边成熟社区,生活方便!

我们住下以后,发现浴室的水是浑水。打电话,过了很久才来了人过来察看,让我们继续放水,十分钟就能好。可是放了半小时,还是浑水。继续打电话,过了很久来一个人,让我们继续放水十分钟,应该就好了。又放了半小时,还是浑水。只能继续打电话,又来了人, 报告前台,水有问题。答应让我们换房间,我打了几次电话,没有人帮着搬行李,也没人到房间来处理,我下到前台,打了旅行社的电话,这才安排我们换了房间。 酒店有代泊车服务,居然两次取车取错了车,让我在高温下多等了十分钟。 总之,这次住宿,让我对Mercure的 服务有了很不一样的感受,太差了,formidable.
