As it help us improve our service quality. On the other hand, I regret to read that our WIFI services did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the inconvenience that was caused, we hoped that you had highlighted these concerns during your stay to our Reception, who can ask our full time IT staffs on board who can assist in these challenges. 1.装修没有路标牌指示入口 2.新入住没有准备饮用水 3.电梯不能使用的一侧没有标识说明 4.网络不稳定。 总体感觉还行,毕竟离地铁近,方便出行购物,而且周边成熟社区,生活方便!

我们住下以后,发现浴室的水是浑水。打电话,过了很久才来了人过来察看,让我们继续放水,十分钟就能好。可是放了半小时,还是浑水。继续打电话,过了很久来一个人,让我们继续放水十分钟,应该就好了。又放了半小时,还是浑水。只能继续打电话,又来了人, 报告前台,水有问题。答应让我们换房间,我打了几次电话,没有人帮着搬行李,也没人到房间来处理,我下到前台,打了旅行社的电话,这才安排我们换了房间。 酒店有代泊车服务,居然两次取车取错了车,让我在高温下多等了十分钟。 总之,这次住宿,让我对Mercure的 服务有了很不一样的感受,太差了,formidable.

整体上挺好的,就是房间大灯太少了,光线偏昏暗,早餐中餐种类太少,喝了快一个月的粥,另外厨房煤气开关操作难度大,每次都需要联系工作人员帮忙开。

设施齐全,很有家的感觉。厨房建议增加平底锅。洗衣机看起来未打扫,还没有用过。卧室的灯光开关不方便,而且光线不够亮。

干净整洁,睡觉很舒服,办公设施很舒服,很人性化,整体来说很好。水供应不好,我们房间是个套间,有4个人,只给3瓶水,经常没水喝。我们的行政给我们预定到26号,但是实际上我们只需要住到24号,为何不能协调还需要多交2天款项。工作忙,没时间探索,晚上睡觉经常不知道灯开关在哪。
