Fantastic stay . Zara was an exceptional helpful staff member . Hotel was fantastic .all staff were great . We were delayed on our flight to Melbourne Zara was friendly helpful and was great keeping us calm . 100% great service . The staff showed true compassion

Room was lovely and met all expectations, meals and drinks pricey but as to be expected tbh, very nice welcome on arrival by friendly staff, with excellent service, beautifully decorated , shuttle bus runs regular, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended

Perfect for airport

We booked here because of the airport parking and shuttle bus service. We only just found a parking spot - don't know what happens if you don't - but the shuttle was excellent. Room clean and comfortable. We did not eat at the bar so can't comment on food.
