Hotel com diaria muito elevada pelos poucos recursos que tem. Não oferecia café da manhã, TV não pegava canais a cabo, quarto pequeno, banheiro sujo. Rede Ibis cada vez pior, fui só para dormir e no dia seguinte seguir viagem cedo e me decepcionei muito.

Fomos apenas para dormir. A ideia era um “hotel de estrada limpinho” mas infelizmente a limpeza estava péssima. Banheiro um nojo, tudo muito empoeirado. Nunca havia tido uma experiência semelhante em hotéis IBIS. O café da manhã foi acima da “padrão Ibis” muitas quitandas e bem gostosas.

Localizado na Avenida Luis Eduardo Magalhães, foi de fácil chegada pelo anel viário de Vitória da Conquista. Bom hotel, segue o mesmo padrão para toda rede, acho o valor da diária caro pelo que é oferecido.

What a great place to stay at and get some rest in peace!!! Great staff and services in general, like clear-things and punctualit, and a great breakfast. Hospitality and comfort define it. I did love it there!

We were greeted by friendly and courteous staff and a smile. We were made to feel like it was a home away from home. They were clearly a team and went out of their way to make our stay a nice one. We stayed there for our wedding anniversary so the catering staff made us an anniversary cake with a card. We were touched by this! Our room was very comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The buffet breakfast was excellent. We loved it there!
