We liked the room allocation of the hotel, there was a nice view. Alsu from Guest Relations assisted to check us in on the same floor with our family. There are also bus shuttles to the beaches just to let you know. Also the breakfast was great ..

black mailer staff robbed my security deposit . i wont recommend anyone to stay in this nightmare location hotel .. only metro access is there else nothing good of this hotel . no restaurants nothing i was on a vacation with my family . and it was a worst decision in my life to stay in this hotel . from 11-14 april . our room number was 3713. check in staff was not helpful . they dont even care . breakfast was poor never get space inside hall . everytime we have to sit outdoors to have breakfast in open area where very less sunshade or no shade with all traffic noise in breakfast area .. ++ birds having everywhere in breakfast area which can ruin your breakfast giving sh!t on your plate . rooms were dirty as like 2 star hotels . lifts in hotel sounds like a sports car moving every time . full of headache inside room you cannot sleep with this sound . even on 37th floor . sofas was dirty all black spots on sofa , never cleaned dirty carpet matts . room service was 0 , only 1st day they kept 2 bottles of water . from 2nd day no water until you ask .. also they will not clean your room until you remind them 2-3 times . no iron in the room . weight machine was also our of order and full of rust . i requested to provide the proper one but they damn care about guests . bathroom basin was having a massive leakage . balcony was dirty useless inside building view only . front desk and guests relationship MS ZAINAB AND MR WASEEM SHAIKH always looks and talk with ARAB NATIONAL GUESTS only . they wont even bother if you are not a GCC national . at the time of check out (they took 1hour to process) also they blamed me that i smoked in the room . which i never did . they blackmailed me and robbed my 500 AED very professionally . they showed me a photo of the balcony on which they found some traces of ash .. their staff is a black mailer ... if you dont give them TIP . they will somehow eat your security deposit .

Stay away all all cost ! Warning!

Kept asking me for reviews with discounts. No wonder there are so many reviews. Was told that there are damages to my room and i need to pay for it 500 dollars but when I threaten to live stream my experience they said I can leave. Stay away from this hotel and their manager Mohamed Elatik (Rooms Division Manager ) A very bad experience that no one should go through when you are travelling!

My family and I were looking forward to our stay at the Mercure Hotel Apartments in Dubai Barsha Heights, but unfortunately, our expectations were greatly disappointed. During our vacation, an incident occurred in the pool where I sustained an injury from a sharp, broken tile. This resulted in me not being able to partake in planned beach and water activities, and it also impacted my fellow travelers. What particularly disappointed us was the hotel's response to the incident. Despite the obvious damages in the pool, the issue was downplayed, and no adequate action was taken to prevent further accidents. The compensation offered was inadequate and demonstrated that the hotel did not fully grasp the seriousness of the situation. Furthermore, I lodged a complaint with the hotel's headquarters three days ago, but as of yet, we have not received any response. We are genuinely disappointed that such an established hotel does not prioritize the safety of its customers. Given this experience, we cannot provide a positive review for the Mercure Hotel Dubai Barsha Heights. It is disappointing that our concerns were not taken seriously, and that the safety and well-being of guests were not adequately considered. We hope that the hotel takes this review as a catalyst to reassess its standards and ensure that future guests do not experience similar disappointment.
