Nice property with excellent interiors. Sea facing rooms with good size balcony. Big pool for children, has kid’s play area and a private beach. Most of the staff were warm and welcoming. Overall a great experience and one of the best properties in Fujairah.

Not for the conservative community

On arrival even though we arrived an hour late, the room was not ready and we had to wait for it to be ready. The jumping castle in the beach was not set up on both days even though that was the highlight that we were looking forward to, seems due to windy weather. An alternative fun activity for the kids was not provided. We had been to hotels with jumping castles and much more activities for kids The pools were cold, the kids were all blue in them. The pools closed so early at sunset. Other hotels we had been to had the pools open until 10 pm. Something for the kids to play in. The level of nudity was unacceptable for a family holiday spot. Frankly this is going to be our last experience in an hotel. And again no alternative activity for the more conservative customers even though it was an Eid break. Best is to have segregated pools and beaches. Pools for the conservatives and one for not. This is unhealthy for young children! Dinner buffet was not very good. Breakfast was good and the room cleanliness was good but other than that nothing much for us to do. The beach is too small and again packed with nudity. I mean we could have gone to the beautiful beaches in fujairah outside the hotel, more open and more conservative.

It was an amazing experience , luxurious hotel the rooms are amazing and comfortable and the food in CANVAS is so delicious and the pizzas in LAVA amazing and the drinks so fresh and all bartenders so good.. AND SPECIAL THANKS FOR THE TALENTED AND CHARMING ABDALLAH EL ZAHAAR he’s so professional animator and he knows how to create enjoyment vibes around us all time and his animation team so professional ❤️❤️ thank you FAIRMONT FUJAIRAH till we meet again ❤️

The room needs renovation. The floor was having few cracks, the TV was having display issues and the door lock was broken. Also, the room AC was not clean. Pool and breakfast were good only. The ambience at the pool side was amazing. Specially, the violon theme.
