We stayed over for a birthday celebration and had booked 3 rooms for a family of 6 adults and 4 children. Requested for 1 room with a King Bed and 2 rooms with 2 queen beds - however we received all rooms with King Beds and it was literally an argument with the reception staff to make him understand of our booking requirement, until we were told that the 2 queen bed rooms were unavailable.

Eslam have provided an amazing and outstanding service while serving us breakfast at Fairmont Ajman. He is very polite and friendly waiter and is willing to provide a 5 star service. Breakfast was very good and the variety of food was excellent. Talking about the hotel.. we checking in at 1 pm The checking agent promised us that the room would be ready at 3 PM and offered us to stay at the pool and beach until the room is ready. While hitting the pool we were approached by a staff member Informed us that there are no towels ready. I asked him for an approximate time of when the towels will be ready. Didn’t provide me an approximate time Then I asked to send the towels when they’re ready and he rejected, and the reason was that he was the agent at the counter, and the other excuse was that the hotel was full. I told him this is a five star service response. Turned us back and walked away. We sat on our sofa since there were no beds while waiting for our room to be ready didn’t receive any calls as it was 3 o’clock, so we decided to give them another 30 minutes I called at 3:30 The operator said that the roof is still not ready and will call me back once it’s ready. No one calls so I called again at 4 Another agent picked up that room is still not ready. I told him not acceptable as we were promised to receive the room at 3. Responsible go fight with the reception. I approach the reception and he lied by saying that they called at 3:02 And I showed him the phone that I have not received any missed calls. Escalated to the supervisor Got my room keys. I went up to my room, and I was surprised that they offered me two single beds combined instead of a king size bed. I wanted to just spend the night in peace as I was celebrating my birthday. My wife requested for a celebration cake as it was my birthday. They got us a cake mentioning happy anniversary. Thanks again to Elsam as he made up for the last night.

Very helpful and polite always looking after you . Food in Turkish restaurant excellent. All areas are good but Turkish food is the best . Beach is lovely and toilets are well equipped and very clean as the rest of the hotel is . There’s not much else to say but a lovely hotel

Worst hotel experience

I have booked standard king room. I have arrived late it was about 11:pm the receptionist made me wait for about one hour to prepare the room. I been patient for that long. At the end igot different room than what I booked.. the room was given to me were for special needs people !!!. It was really smelling like hospital, I called the receptionist to clarify about the room that is not what I have booked. Simply he said this is the only room that we have. How is that even possible. Why did you offer something that you don’t have
