We had an amazing time and the staff was great, especially the receptionist Saliha! She excelled in assisting us with everything we needed she was super welcoming and very friendly. Chatting with her while she helps us with accommodations made everything less stressful.

Amazing stay at Swiss besphorus residence very spacious and comfortable apartment with spectacular besphorus views. Very delicious breakfast with good service specially Emre he was very helpful, quick , and friendly with us . Many Thanks

The hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room size is good for the rate and the view of the bosphorus is astonishing. Can see why Istanbul (Constantinople) is the most beautiful city in the world from this location. The facilities are amazing. As a gym lover the hotel gym is as good as it gets. The steam, sauna, heated pool, jacuzzi and hamam are a plus. I would definitely recommend staying at the Swisotel.

Excellent hotel boasting a splendid view of the city and the Bosphorus. The staff are amiable and consistently eager to help. Nice and central, which makes it easy to get to all the major attractions. Rooms are well maintained and room service is quick.
