« 飯店設施良好但後續客服需加強! »

住宿期間得到良好的接待,但入住時行李被摔壞只的到勘用的行李箱更換!另外飯店櫃台辦理退房時開立的收據返國時發現名字有錯!經訂房網站協助聯絡都沒獲得解決! 麻煩盡快與我們聯絡!

高层房景观很好,服务也很好,就是房间偏小了。在大众点评上订的房,房价比住宿期间当天临时订都贵,住的房间还小,心里落差较大。

在向一个服务员咨询遗失物品的时候,她的表现不太耐烦让人厌恶。10月9日晚上11点左右,前台的一位比较胖的女服务员,看上去不太像日本人。

一共是订了三天的入住时间,对贵酒店的服务非常满意。9.26是一间大床房,相较后面两天的房间双床房来说,房间面积较小,设备陈旧了些,虽然用起来没有什么不方便,但是个人感觉差很多,如果贵酒店能够升级下设备想必更好。而且,我们入住的其他酒店都有配备空气净化器,贵酒店没有。不是说不行,只是因为酒店房间基本处于密闭状态,无法与外界大量交换空气,所以空气净化器还是有必要的。其他都很不错,包括酒店的服务人员和酒店的整体环境都不错!

« 房间宽敞明亮,服务态度很好 »

酒店重新装修后,房间陈列整洁,早餐品种丰富,比去年好很多。服务人员态度一如既往的好。只是浴室噪音过大,晚上不容易入睡。酒店有bellman可以协助把行李送到南海车站,出入方便。如有机场直达shuttle bus的话,就更好了。

整体能体会到日本礼仪式服务,但中文服务还需提升,房间床垫有塌陷现象不够星级,住宿内饰环境够星,虽然在周边都有闹市区,但晚上很安静,总体验很好,下次旅程会选择贵酒店。

« 干净舒适 服务周到 »

这次出行带着小朋友 酒店干净 交通位置便利 服务周到 满分10分! 如果建议的话 早餐时 小朋友吃饭不太配合 给他拿的水果没吃掉 担心浪费 问了服务生可否打包带走,服务生说宁可浪费掉也不可以带走 这点不太好 以后是否可以根据实际情况 做些变通,浪费不好。

地理位置优越,位于南海难波站楼上,楼下即是高岛屋,地下可搭乘各条主要电车地铁,去机场也有直达的南海电车。至心斋桥可步行。入住的是瑞士优选房型,面积喜人,新翻修的房间格调也很时尚。早餐选择很多!36层的餐厅景观非常不错!

细节很优秀,孩子才一岁,订房的时候酒店就主动联系安排加婴儿床。虽然酒店楼下不远处有自动贩卖机,但在大堂没有,还是稍显不方便。

已经是第二次入住这个酒店了,看中的就是它的地理优势,在大阪高岛屋的5楼有电梯通道酒店,而且高岛屋我觉得是东西最全的商场,酒店离心斋桥也不是很远,用走的就能到。

我們不是第一次在這裡入住。每次到大阪也是選擇Swissotel 。選擇這裡是因為距離南海地鐡非常近,讓我們來往機場非常方便。一出地鐵步行2分鐘就看到酒店。而且全程是室內,如果下雨也不用擔心。洒店有點舊但也非常舒服。每位服務人員也非常專業及有禮。 今次我們原訂了普通客房,但洒店給我們upgraded 到 Executive Room 。房間的床非常大及舒服。
