First of all thanks to Ayse & Reha for warm welcoming and assistance. I think I could say this is one of the best hotel to stay in this city in terms of long stay. It got two swimming pool / jacuzzi / Spa etc.. so best for staycation. Breakfast items rich in flavor and variety options.

What an amazing stay!!! This was my second time in Izmir but first time here. The whole experience was incredible. The rooms are lovely and comfy, the staff could not do enough for you, nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly!! The food was delicious and very well priced. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Great location, excellent Food and most important, amazing services, especially by Ayge & Berke at front desk! The pools facilities are awesome for families! Buffet breakfast was outstanding and dinner at Cappri was delightful! I highly recommend this hotel!

Housekeeping is very successful and kind. Hafıze was very kind and professional. The hotel front desk team (reception and valet) is so young and need to know more about property because it took me almost 20 min. to arrive to the spa from my room; I was asking to valet that I met at the corridor and calling to reception but they both gave me wrong directions...anyway, generally all is good

It was a great experience being with some awesome people Ms ayşe and MR hunkar were the best All of the staff were perfect 👌 Ms Gozen also was so nice The breakfast was amazing with some nice staff there The service was amazing Also the LCC was a great membership which Ms buse and Ms selen helped us with All rounded one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at Hope all the people that I mentioned get what they deserve
