« 只能说这是一次让人无奈的入住体验 »

我们于当天下午5点入住酒店,因为长辈需要,入住后未检查房间就先出门用餐了。回来已经晚上9点,这时发现房间比较闷热,准备打开空调,却发现空调故障无法开启。电话联系后有维修人员来房间检查,半小时后告知空调无法当晚修好,如果开窗休息,因为面对马路噪音较大,担心长辈休息不好,我们要求更换房间。可是一直沟通不顺畅(我们英文较差),我们3人间酒店核实后只有安排一间大床房给我们,另外给我们加床。我们答应酒店安排。晚上10:30左右我们换到新的房间,可是又出现新房间空调同样无法打开,再次找到维修人员,好在马上就把空调修好。舟车劳顿,我们已经十分疲惫,可是房间只有一张大床,不够我们3人休息,酒店经理答应加的床迟迟未有服务员送的。在修理人员维修空调时,告知我们,经理说房间太小无法加床!我们感到十分震惊!非常气愤,当时时间太晚,前台电话又打不通。我们坐电梯到前台2次,经理意识到问题严重性,第一次打发我们上楼,同意安排加床。可是等到晚上11点还未看到加床。再次下到前台交涉。直到晚上接近12点服务员才将床送到。我们才得以休息。对于这次体验,不知道什么环节出现问题,可是作为第一次入住客户,体验实在是太好,比较失望。酒店应急处理机制不完善,所以说这是一次非常无奈的入住体验。

很好!check in or out 时都很快,得知本人英文不好会体贴给中午界面电脑显示屏看,交通方便离天车近,房间干净也安静,遗憾游泳池太小。

酒店服务态度可以 可是服务速度特别慢 并且valet parking收费比周边所有酒店都贵出许多 parking晚上都没有人出来迎接 我要求的水和拖鞋 等了一下午才送到 wifi 不知道是按照房间算费用 还是按devices个数算费用 总之最后七七八八又加了一百多刀

酒店的员工非常热情友善,而且积极主动服务,为客人想办法。酒店的早餐也很丰富,水果品质也很好。酒店除了房间有点点小和老旧需要更新以外,别的都是我觉得非常满意。

作为一个高档酒店,内部装修一般,电梯外面的按钮上下楼按上去却没有显示,以为没有按下。卫生间的洗手盆有裂纹,而且没有光泽。冰箱也不能用,尤其是没有免费网络很不方便,每天药收费20多加元才能上网,这个价格离谱,而且不含早餐的房费也太高,今后不会选这个宾馆。

费尔蒙特诺大的酒店和booking这样的知名网站,毫无诚信可言!在booking上预订了7月13-16日三晚费尔蒙特酒店,因错过班车,致7月14日上午9点才到达酒店。办入住时前台告知因未在7月13日预订的下午5点入住已无房。本人当即提出因未获得服务,则不应收取7月13日房费。经酒店要求,与booking 协商,在酒店当班经理同意的情况下将订单更改为两晚,承诺按两晚收费。本人本着对酒店和booking 的信任未留下任何书面赁据。7月14日上午9点半,酒店经理要求前台为我调出了房间,我以为这是酒店照顾我坐了一个晚上的夜车给我提供的人性化服务,给我办理了免费提前入住。当时根本没说这提前入住就算2300元一晚的钱,且当时订单已成功调整为两晚。结果最后信用卡仍扣我三晚的钱!!!其中包括booking 更改订单时将7月14-16日两晚误操作成7月13-15日两晚,歪曲了事实,并拒不承认此失误,最终导致协商无果。如酒店兑现承诺,本人将不放弃通过公开网站向大家陈述贵酒店和booking 的不诚信行为!

I understand that you requested that the fee for not arriving when you reserved, be waived. I also understand that you were advised that you must contact Booking.com, where your reservation was made, to ask them to confirm with the hotel that they will waive the fee. Once they agree to waive your fee, we are more than happy to waive it. We received no communication from Booking.com to waive the fee , therefore we made no adjustment to the booking. 有历史的酒店,位置非常好。不过前台服务人员比较少,问个事情等好久。如果有说mandaria的就更好了。就是感觉上比四季酒店还是差一点点。
