This is my third time in Bangkok, however, this is my first time staying at the Ibis Styles. Simply put, I have absolutely no complaints. The staff from top to bottom has been excellent. Part of my stay included breakfast, which consisted of a typical and delicious Thai-styled brunch menu items. Jarm, Tuk Tuk and Kung were there to make sure I enjoyed my meals. Of course, as stated previously, I am also recognizing all staff members at this property. They certainly made my stay a very pleasant one. It should be noted that the gym has more than enough equipment to stay fit while in Bangkok. There is also a rooftop pool available as well. As for the location, this hotel bery much centerally placed, and is very easy to get to from the airport if one were to decide to take the train (BKK airport link to BTS Skytrain). From the airport, go all the way down to the basement level and catch the airport link to the last station (Phaya Thai), and then transfer to the BTS and get off at the Nana stop. You can then walk down to Soi 4 and turn left. The hotel is about 4 minutes from there. Quick note, the hotel is combined with the Novotel. They are literally connected to one-another. All in all, I would stay here any time I were to visit Bangkok. JC

Room was clean, but I missed as a gold member an upgrade. Hope next month if I stay there again I'll get one. Check in and check out kindly.

I stay here for the first time in BKK. Easy to walk from Nana train station to hotel. Warmed welcome from a lady manager, she gave the good room to us and suggested the plan to visit landmark in Bangkok, Grand Palace and old town. Very nice! I love the view from the pool in the morning too.

离酒吧街很近，但是非常隔音，而且楼下的小摊很便宜，也很正宗的东南亚风味，楼下就是711，健身房够用，楼上泳池和夜景也很绝，独遗憾的是天台的泳池晚上不点酒的话不对外不开放。

In Regards of the operation hour of our pool is operated from 07:00-18:00 hrs. daily. Afterwards, the guests are still able to enjoy the evening cocktails bar until 01:00 am every day. We understand that this may not comfortable for some guests. However, we hope you understand and enjoy time a our wonderful place. 入住當天13:30我們就到了 後來我們去逛逛 14:00回到飯店要辦理入住 結果櫃檯人員跟我們說還要再等一個小時 也沒有任何補償
