Manisha from Guest Relations and Eshwar from front office are doing a fine job.Very courteous and helpful. Keep up the good work. Thank you for the good experience and nice evening snacks.It is suggested to keep some cool drinks like fresh lime and juices during the hot summer days.

Akumtiba and Vijaychandarasekhar made such wonderful cocktails for us. Amazing 👏 Krishna looked after us beautifully in the Red bowl restaurant. Super service. Well done! The food was also wonderful. We have eaten here a lot and speak very highly of the service

Every visit to this establishment evokes a sense of unwelcome and discomfort. Despite rooms being available and my Accor Silver membership, there is an insistence on extracting extra fees for early check-in following a long flight. Regrettably, this experience has led me to decide not to renew my membership. Furthermore, I have found that most hotel accommodations surpass those offered by Novotel.
