They don't speak English and if you don't speak German they will even hang up the phone because they don't understand, I need to take back a parcel there and no one help me, and they are also rude, I tried to call 3 times and all the time they hang up the phone telling that they are german, no english.

MOA has always been my choice of stay in Berlin. For those that always attend fairs in Berlin (eg)Fruit logistica, BioFach and ITB I highly recommend this place for your trip! Great location,beautful neighborhood
