« 酒店应该是重新装修了,感觉非常棒 »

之前住过一次Pullman KLCC酒店,当时觉得里面的家具设施还是有点老旧的。这次再一次入住的时候,发现酒店有一幢楼还在装修,只开通了另一幢楼。开通的这幢楼发现里面设施比较现代化,和以前的完全不一样,感觉很好。

地理位置优越,所住的双卧房套房配套齐全。后来新办的roomcard 连续换卡两次无法打开房门。早餐种类有点少。

In regards to the breakfast served at Living Space, kindly be informed that this is a complementary breakfast for our Residences. We recently upgraded the items and added several additional hot dishes and varieties on the menu. However, it does have the option for upgrading for a small cost to the main restaurant Eccucino in the Lobby area of the hotel, which serves an international breakfast buffet. I am sorry if this was not explained to you upon check in. « 整體一般但位置尚算不錯 »

首先要讚賞訂房部同事對本人之查詢及跟進十分快速,另外也要多謝客房部同事對本人之禮待。但本人仍對以下入住時遇到之事情有小小反映,目的只想為貴酒店之質素有所提昇,並無投訴之意:- 1) 酒店房間裝潢較舊,浴室洗手盤及浴缸去水很慢,梳裝檯及棉被套有被煙蒂弄濃及弄穿痕跡,不太美觀! 2)房務部清潔房間有少少疏忽,第1晚入住時發現浴缸有兩條很長頭髮未有被清潔,第2天清理房間後亦未有補回礦泉水 3)餐廳咖啡杯有唇膏跡,但侍應很快協助更換 4)前檯在退房時段人手不足,左邊一個查詢團體房需時,右邊退房亦要等很長時間,而我只是想查詢房卡問題也要等一段時間才可解決

« 以這個房價來說是差不多了 »

基於Pullman的品牌,以及房價,我們訂了這間酒店兩晚。 可能我是Accor Plus成員,房間安排了Corner Room,面積較大,也有Welcome Drink及Late check out。 不過酒店整體較舊,房間設施也較舊,窗簾也很難拉動,電視節目也不是高清。 早餐食物普通,但以這個價錢來說也沒什麼好說。 也試過酒店buffet dinner,當晚剛巧有一團人用餐,十分混亂,食品refill較慢,可能廚房做不切;如果不是Accor Plus成員享50% off優惠,更顯得不值。 2/F的lounge晚上有人唱live歌曲,唱得很不錯,也是這酒店最贊的地方;不過酒水收費不便宜。 Check out時間長了點,等找錢也等了5分鐘,不可能接受。

« 房間一直出現明顯異常聲音,導致睡眠不足。 »

服務人員都很親切,提供的早餐也很豐盛,但是這次入住的房間位置靠近"員工電梯",所以整晚都聽得到非常明顯的聲響,即使換了房間還是有明顯的聲音,讓人無法好好入睡。對於一個五星級的飯店來說,這是個很嚴重的問題,另外,訂房時有顯示有會說中文的櫃檯,但實際上櫃檯人員不會中文。多年前曾經入住上海鉑爾曼,沐浴備品的質量比馬來西亞好太多,此次入住感覺刮鬍刀不太好用(而且沒有提供梳子?)

We will look into your feedback to assess the root cause of it. I have made a note in your reservation to highlight your preference for a room away from the elevator, for a more peaceful future stay. Kindly be informed that we do have Chinese speaking staff members in our hotel, but I am sorry that they were not available upon your arrival. Your suggestion on the shower amenities has been carefully noted by our Executive Housekeeper. Please be advised that a comb is not part of the Pullman Brand Standards and therefore we unfortunately do not provide it as part of our standard amenities in the room.
