第一次入住吉隆坡铂尔曼酒店,总体感觉良好。位置方便,干净整洁。但是酒店网络不太好,网上预订时候写的不够清楚,到店checkin才发现没早餐。入住期间,酒店在装修,气味刺鼻。

« 房间和行政酒廊感觉很好 »

酒店最近还在装修,所以大堂有点乱,checkin的时候人比较多,等了有20多分钟,在这点上不能给满分。酒店的房间和行政酒廊还是不错的,给个赞。

« 总体体验还算不错 »

酒店大堂等公共区域正在装修 有装修的味道 给人不太舒服 自助早餐二楼也装修 区域变得好狭窄。房间进房有股味道。外面下雨想借雨伞 工作人员说没有雨不借,这点好差。就算有没有雨也应该借吧。活着用来遮太阳呢。

在我預約時沒有告知本洒店大廳有施エ裝璜 會造成你不便. 到了check in 時才知道此事 感覺不服舒..同時行李‧管理也不到位. 到了机場オ發現行李沒有放入車內等等.

酒店位置好,当时对比过同样价位的希尔顿,还是选择了铂尔曼,因为房间很大,希尔顿就要小很多了。最后发现果然没选错,床也很舒服

« 性价比很一般 »

缺点: 1. 设备问题: -入住的1220号房间,电话的快捷键是坏的,根本不能用。只能拨0 -入住的1220号房间,书桌居然有一个抽屉是装反了的。即使是廉价酒店我也没见过这个情况 2. 设施缺少; -刚进房间的时候是没有热水壶的,需要打电话叫人送上来。 -然后再发现没有电吹风,需要再叫工作人员送上来 - 这个房间是双床房,居然浴室里只有一个漱口的杯子,而且连续两晚都是只有一个杯子 3.不干净 - 床单上有污渍 - 床沿的裙边也有污渍 优点:工作人员态度好

« 酒店应该是重新装修了,感觉非常棒 »

之前住过一次Pullman KLCC酒店,当时觉得里面的家具设施还是有点老旧的。这次再一次入住的时候,发现酒店有一幢楼还在装修,只开通了另一幢楼。开通的这幢楼发现里面设施比较现代化,和以前的完全不一样,感觉很好。

In regards to the breakfast served at Living Space, kindly be informed that this is a complementary breakfast for our Residences. We recently upgraded the items and added several additional hot dishes and varieties on the menu. However, it does have the option for upgrading for a small cost to the main restaurant Eccucino in the Lobby area of the hotel, which serves an international breakfast buffet. I am sorry if this was not explained to you upon check in. « 整體一般但位置尚算不錯 »

首先要讚賞訂房部同事對本人之查詢及跟進十分快速,另外也要多謝客房部同事對本人之禮待。但本人仍對以下入住時遇到之事情有小小反映,目的只想為貴酒店之質素有所提昇,並無投訴之意:- 1) 酒店房間裝潢較舊,浴室洗手盤及浴缸去水很慢,梳裝檯及棉被套有被煙蒂弄濃及弄穿痕跡,不太美觀! 2)房務部清潔房間有少少疏忽,第1晚入住時發現浴缸有兩條很長頭髮未有被清潔,第2天清理房間後亦未有補回礦泉水 3)餐廳咖啡杯有唇膏跡,但侍應很快協助更換 4)前檯在退房時段人手不足,左邊一個查詢團體房需時,右邊退房亦要等很長時間,而我只是想查詢房卡問題也要等一段時間才可解決
