« 房间很大,设施有点陈旧,赶上装修比较吵,但是酒店前台后来给安排到了高楼层 »

总体来说不错,地理位置很好,但酒店设施较为陈旧。 House Keeping放在下午不太能理解,中间因装修吵杂问题换到高楼层,处理问题速度态度都不错。

整體高雅,但細節不夠細膩.例如 1. 我放在床上的衣物多次被直接掃到電視櫃 2. 浴室內的水槽早已阻塞,應該非常明顯,卻都未處理 3. 入住的速度極慢,我在大廳等候了近半小時 4. 同行的房間有入住禮,但我卻完全沒有,付的價格明明是一樣

一室两房空间大,家庭入住没有压迫感,厨房设备齐全, 干净,舒适。早餐多选择,很好,加小孩早餐票不贵,泳池不大,但是可以接受,有健身房,可是只能17岁以上才可用,酒店位子非常方便,对面就有shopping, 职员有礼貌。

此次住馬來西亞吉隆坡的鉑爾曼酒店,我各人感到非常不滿意的是,我在商場買的衣服未穿過就不見了,經過我和酒店經理說了以後,酒店經理給我的答復卻是令我很失望。囬復我的是她已經問過酒店的服務員了說沒有看到我的衣服……衣服不見是事實,作為酒店你就那麼輕談沒見過我的衣服嗎?不見就不見了?難道我還會無緣無故的抵賴酒店偸了我的衣服不成?我很不服,雖然衣服不是很貴也就500多馬幣好像,但是酒店的這個處理方式領我很不高興。最後我還是要求酒店給我找出來,酒店最終結果是拿到洗浴巾那裡了?說眞的我服了,衣服也能看成是浴巾就給我鄒巴巴地送囬來了!

酒店大厅看起来很不错,还配有健身房等设施,公共设施不错,而且酒店地理也位置很好,对面就是百盛、柏威年商场,穿过商场直走不久就到了阿罗街。去双子塔也可以步行。 缺点是:客房装修陈旧,好像二十多年前的国内风格,而且床单竟然还有脏东西没洗干净,,,,无语了!

我們在網絡已預先登記了入住手續, 可惜按預定時間到達酒店服務櫃台之後計算仍然需要花上30分鐘左右才可以順利拿到房咭上房, 之前我們入住過同集團其他品牌的酒店例如 Pullman (Riga), Novotel (Kuala Lumpur, Vilnius), Mercure (Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich), IBIS (Ipoh, London, Manchester, Barcelona, Madrid)等等, 也是可以利用網上預先登記入住手續的, 所需要的時間平均都不會超過10分鐘, 房咭與房間早已經完全準備妥當啊! 這方面本人覺得 Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Center 的辨理入住手續效率真的是有待改進啊! 除了上述不太愉快的經驗之外, 酒店整體服務是具水準的, 房間空間感十足床舖舒適令人睡得舒服, 早餐食物選擇雖然一般又變化不大但絕對可以飽腹! 酒店對面就是大型購物中心 PAVILION, 購物和吃東西都很方便! 來吉隆坡的朋友我是會推薦大家可以優先考慮入住這家酒店的!
