Stayed overnight to see the Michael McIntrye gig at the O2. Great comfortable room, some of the most modern I have seen at an Ibis hotel. There were a few hiccups at check-in- there seems to be at least three devices which the staff had to use. However, the staff are absolutely amazing, especially the Assistant GM, Sei ha who resolved some issues. The best Ibis hotel I have stayed in so far. I will be back 😀

A great find for the London Marathon weekend.

After our accommodation booking for the London marathon weekend let us down, we ventured into the Ibis in Canning Town. We were greeted by Curtis on reception who was really welcoming and extremely helpful. We were lucky to find rooms at such short notice but he did his upmost to accommodate us and find us 2 rooms for a couple of nights. What a lovely hotel which is directly opposite the station. It has a lovely, modern bar/restaurant with a great team of the staff. The food, service and rooms were all top notch. I would highly recommend a stay here if you’re visiting the O2, Docklands, Excel or anywhere in London. Thank you to Ibis for ensuring we had a great stay.

Had a lovely buffet breakfast this motning and it only cost £13.50 for as many rounds as you can eat. Service is always good here and the warm atmosphere in the café keeps bring me back to this lovely place! Love tge fact that you can stay in the café as long as you want without waiters asking you to leave or order more drink/food.

I stayed here with my 10-year-old son as we were watching wrestling at the O2. We usually book Premier Inns, but the ones near the O2 were crazy expensive and this was more than half the price cheaper and right opposite the tube station (only one stop away from the O2). We had really low expectations because of the price but just needed somewhere near to the O2 to sleep. We were so pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and welcoming. The reception team were really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. The 24 hour McDonald’s next door was also good as we got back quite late and fancied some drinks and ice cream. We had a really lovely stay and would book here again next time we want to stay over after going to the O2.

Absolutely fantastic hotel close to both O2 arena and Abba Voyage. Lovely quiet, clean rooms and a very lively bar area in the evening, Thursday night live music. Great to come back after a night out to a bar, with a lovely atmosphere. Breakfasts were great with a wide variety of food, all displayed beautifully. Staff were very friendly especially Tahid and Shakil they made sure everything was topped up and happy to help, we noticed a difference when they were had a day off. Very pleasurable experience will definitely be back and recommend to friends.
