The hotel and and staff were great, the breakfast and bar staff were very helpful. I wish i had checked the TA reviews. The nightclub / club next door which would appear to kick out at 06:00 has its exit under the hotel, our rooms were on the 1st floor directly above the night club exit. On Saturday morning there was noise and chanting, on Sunday morning it was very loud - probably 100 plus excited club goers chatting, shouting, fighting and crying. I wouldn't return but would recommend asking for a high floor room if staying at the weekend. If it wasn’t for this it would have been 5 * review.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location, equal distance to the old town and the Guggenheim. Room contained everything required (hair dryer, safe, kettle). We were kindly upgraded to a premium room when we checked in and so also had the soft drinks free in the room. Breakfast was good. We were happy to find some vegan options, including granola, fresh fruit, bread options and multiple dairy-free milk options.

Convenient, centrally located hotel. Easy, flat walk to attractions and restaurants. Friendly staff. Lovely large room with fridge with water supplied. Bathroom nice and clean with good quality supplies. Beautiful soft bedding. Not ideal for honeymoon - as bed sooooo big!

Parking is beneath the hotel. Spacious bedroom. Excellent WIFI. Fine quality bathroom toiletries. Breakfast was outstanding with omelettes cooked to order. Extremely helpful bar and reception staff. Good location for shopping. Easy walking distance to Restaurante India Town. Without hesitation we would return.

Well located, comfortable hotel with gym, parking and a spa. Location Around 10 minutes from Guggenheim and 15 minutes walk from Old Town it’s a great base for exploring Bilbao. There are lots of good eating options close to the hotel. On Thursday and Saturday night there was a noisy club opposite - which could be heard when windows were open. We felt safe walking back to the hotel at night. The Jardines Albia are lovely to walk around. Room We had a standard room on 6th floor. Decent size. Good wardrobe space. Powerful shower. TV channels could be reset to English. Safe in room. Nuxe toiletries were lovely. No robes in this level of room. Bed was comfortable. Gym Small but functional with two treadmills. Would benefit from free weights and more mats (we ended up buying yoga mats!). Water available. Spa €15 per person to use. Was a lovely water and sauna circuit for 90 minutes. Highly recommend booking. Bar We loved the bar - staff were always so friendly and it was a nice space to enjoy a pre or oosff to dinner drink. Parking €20 per day. Pretty tight underground car park but super secure and hotel are thoughtful in giving you a decent sized space or 2. Overall we love our stay. Was comfortable and all staff were super friendly and helpful. Perfectly located for exploring Bilbao.
