位置很好,重點景點都好近,房間大小還可以。早餐選擇足夠。但房內欠杯子、熱水煲和冰箱。因為巴塞隆拿真的好熱,買了水果和飲料回去都沒辦法冰起來。

房間及環境舒適,員工有善親切

Dear Jo L. Thank you for taking time to send us your feedback after your stay at Ibis Styles Barcelona Centre. We are so glad to know that you enjoyed a nice stay with us. We hope you felt very welcomed with us and we expect next time you could enjoy a little bit more your stay. It is true that our rooms have not fridge, because Ibis Spain does not offer this kind of equipment in the rooms, but we inform you that we have an small fridge at the bar, at your disposal, if you need to keep some product inside, you just have to ask to our staff. And about breakfast, we try to offer more choices but it is true this is an standard services and all the hotels must offer the same, we expect we can make better the breakfast selection soon. We wish we meet again. Best regards

作为万豪,假日,雅高的会员,这次的入住是我最不愉快的一次,因为这样,我对雅高也很失望,作为会员,不知道跟非会员有什么差别,写邮件询问儿童政策,没人回,到店各种理由推脱责任,还说什么确认,邮件写得清清楚楚,还不算吗?为什么里斯本就没有这种情况呢?原来不回信就是可以以此为借口,领教了!房间小到糟心,价格也没有优势,基本是高价定的,提前一天再查价格居然还便宜50多欧,这在假日和万豪基本是没有出现的,雅高简直就是奇葩!5岁儿童的早餐居然还跟成人同价,确切的说应该是巴塞罗那的宜必思是奇葩中的奇葩,(至少里斯本的还是比较满意的), 巴塞罗那的入住让我对雅高酒店的好印象也降到了谷底,不想再提这段极度不愉快的经历!价格高,服务差!这就是我的印象!今后绝不入住,除非脑子进水,一提起来,就无比生气!

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. First of all, I have to remind you that you have booked for two adults in a double room, so for two persons. However, you arrived with a child. By the law, we are not able to accommodate more than two persons in a double room. On the email, you just asked if it was possible to come with your husband and your son without confirming that you would have done it. That is why my colleague answered you that you have booked a double room and that is not possible to be three on the room. He asked you too, to confirm if you are coming with your son. And you have never answered nor confirmed. In some hotels like in Lisboa, or Madrid, where you have been before coming to Barcelona, they can provide extra bed for a third person. However, in ours we do not have this possibility. According to the availability or occupancy of the hotel, in this case, we try to provide a familiar room. But for this period we were fully booked for this type of room. That is why we could not help you in this way. However, the problem was solved since we allow you the three to stay together in a room for two persons, without any extra charges. Moreover, I have to add, that the price of our hotel is changing regarding the season and the events in Barcelona. In the mid of July all Barcelona is full and expensive. Our hotel keeps pricing policy more than accessible in comparison with the other two stars hotel. Indeed, the hotel Ibis Styles offers the breakfast for all our guests, as many others services free of charge you could enjoy during your stay, too. At Ibis Styles, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Sincerely,

酒店不错,前台员工很热情,也很友善。房间还不错,就是不知道为什么可以在床底下找出来半个多月的收银条,那也不是我的。还有,因为房间内是地板,housekeeping应该没有用吸尘器清理过地面,因为每天回去都能找到肉眼能看到的灰尘,还有女人的长头发,我是男的。Anyway,总体不错。
