The best thing about the hotel is the location which is away from the wild side. The skyline is viewable from our room which was nothing but spectacular! Close to all kinds of shopping and within walking distance to the MTR. The staff spoke enough English to get you by. Also found a 24/7 mom and pop that served the best Chinese food I’ve had in my life. This is one of my fave places to stay at while in town. Had a chance to try their buffet for breakfast and it was awesome. Ordered some dumplings for dinner and tried room service on our last day which we thought was amazing. If you re in HKG, I think this place is simply amazing.

I really enjoyed my stay at the club floor Park Lane Pullman. Paying that extra gets you nicely renovated rooms, and excess to the club floor. Breakfast, afternoon tea, cocktail is served. The food at the club floor was delicious 😋 the staff there were also professional, attentive, sincere and warm. Love their charming service, warmth and smile. Special thanks to Sandy, Julia, June, Neo, Julia, Julius, Jack, Joey and Michelle for making my family and I so happy during our stay. Thank you for your attentiveness. Thanks chef for the delicious food, and thank cleaners for the most comfortable and clean environment. 😘 You guys inspire me in life so much. Xoxo, Charmaine.

First, the location is few mins walk to causeway Bay station and 7 mins walk to time square, which gives super convenience. Not to say There is a 24 hours wellcome grocery store next to the Hotel and Victoria park right opposite the Hotel. I like the Hotel lobby design, the LED screen at the back looks cool. I personally like their Executive lounge classic design and the victoria harbour view from the lounge is stunning. Room is clean and spacious, mattress is comfortable. Their service is great! All the hotel staffs are very polite and friendly! Especially Ms Kitty Lau from Loyalty team. She notice my birthday and get me some amenities to celebrate my birthday! Kudos to Park Lane Hotel team and keep up the good work! I will definitely come back to Park Lane Hotel when i visit Hong Kong again!
