房間整潔,服務有禮,但可惜會員都沒有welcome drink, 浴室玻璃如有垂簾會更加好,因為如果是朋友同住便不適合,風筒力度不夠,短髮的我都要很久才能吹乾頭髮,所以自己自行買風筒了,房間有各式的手機充電線提供這是很窩心的, 如果可以延長電線便更好,冷氣太冷要調到27°C才感到舒適。

酒店各方面都比较不错,房间不大但是很干净,唯一不好的感受是入住时和前台说说了希望可以安排高层和面向南山的房间,前台点头示意,但是并没有安排,另外的不足可能是早餐种类不太多,希望可以增加一些。

Regarding of room, I would like to recommend our superior double room which is bigger than standard one. If you need more space, It will be more comfortable. Also, I would like to explain about breakfast. There are regular menu like bread, salad, fruits and cereal because of limited space. We offer 2~3 different menu for every breakfast to make guests have more choice. However, I will inform this comment F&B department to improve it better. I hope you understand this. Lastly, I am so sorry for your inconvenience. I will do reinforce the training of guest service to pay more attention on guests' request. Also, I am so sorry to inform that there is no room to structurally face N tower directly. Please, refer to this information. 我们两个人,想要多一床被子都不给提供,两个人两个皮箱就感觉非常的局促,没有中文服务

I am so sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. The size of the rooms caused we are business hotel so that rooms are not big enough. So, I would like to recommend you to try superior double room which is bigger than standard one. It might be more comfortable. Regarding of additional duvet, we can provide additional one with fee. Or you can rent free blanket. But, it can be out of stock. Lastly, we have staffs who can speak Chinese. And, front office is operated by shift work. I hope you refer to this information. 厠紙丟馬桶內會塞住 厠所尿味很重 門一打開就聞得到 覺得很噁心 浴室洗澡 水會從浴門下方流出 腳踏墊都溼了 床和被子很好睡 除了厠所和浴室很不ok 其他都有ibis的水準 有桑拿房 加分 但他其中一間浴室排水不良 很誇張

--前台職員於登記入住及退房方面服務快速及能提供足夠的資訊。 --享用早餐登記入座時, 第一天很順利, 但第二天卻說我的預訂沒包含早餐, 餐廳職員經電話與其他職員核實後很快糾正過來。 --享用早餐時餐廳服務員曾於本人還沒離開餐廳的情況下把本人的餐具清理掉, 建議仿傚 貴司大阪酒店的做法, 於桌上給客人放一牌子以表示是否用膳完畢, 同時可以避免其他客人於本人(1人旅行者) 離座拿取食物時佔用了本人座位的尷尬 (於是次入住期間確實發生了一次)。 -- 自助早餐款式選擇很少,而且每天重複的多,第3天早上已經不想吃了。 --床單及被子上均發現有一個直徑約2mm的黑點, 讓人感覺不乾淨。 --本人於第二天選擇了Do not disturb, 但同事於第三天清潔後於洗手間只留下了一個新的sanitary bag, 沒有重新添上額外的, 因此第3天晚上及第4天均要使用這剩下的唯一, 有點不合衛生。

每天早上你們拾房間後...我回來時都發現所有酒店東西都不是還原在相關位置 例如.... 第一天入住你...你們雪櫃內有兩樽水...水上還有標籤... 到第二天...第三天..第四天等等...所補給房間的兩樽水只放在桌面上...並沒有還原都雪櫃內...標籤亦沒有放回水上.. 每天使用完的風筒沒有還原都保護袋內及沒有放回洗手間內... 洗手間掛毛巾...一天有掛..一天沒有掛...就全部放在下面盤上... 洗手間廁板有裂痕...入住時並沒有告知我們....清潔工人亦沒有發現嗎? 放在房間上水杯,...一天有清潔..一天沒有.... 床單有爛亦直接給我們使用.... 酒店提供拖鞋第一天有包裝袋的...但我發現拖鞋好像不是全新的....有被人用過的跡象..... 房間隔音不是太好....隔壁房用水時房間內水聲較大 冷氣風口直接對著床上...吹著頭部十分不好...建議你們可以加板改變風口吹風角度 整體上對於酒店房間內物品及清潔度比較不滿 另外...酒店WIFI速度很快.....十分滿意 對於你們酒店建議.....你們酒店價錢比較中間...不算最貴...但也不平宜..房間夠大....但清潔/使用物品 服務應該要提高......如果用咁GE價錢買咁GE服務...我不如選擇明洞內細小房間酒店...價錢平...清潔服務差也可以接受..

1.連續住2晚,備品的部分(洗衣袋、原子筆等),但第一個晚上我拿去用了之後,隔天回來卻沒有補上。如果你們是認為2個晚上是同一個客人,所以有不用補的規定,那就這樣吧! 但一般都是會補上的。供您參考。 2.不過清潔人員是打掃得挺乾淨的。

酒店位置不錯只和明洞 旺點相隔5分鐘腳程。 酒店距離樂天酒店duty free相隔12-15分鐘腳程 佢呢首爾文化館十分鐘腳程相當方便, 門酒店門口十號內已有24小時便利店距離明洞地鐵站只差一條馬路 酒店清潔服務人員有禮房間亦算寬敞。

1: WiFi 慢! 有時會斷線 2:不會補回用品,甚至用完 shampoo 也不 refill,直到我要求才補給 3: 每天都不吸塵,所以滿地都有頭髮 4:toilet 的抽氣扇很嘈吵 5:breakfast poor quality 之前我住在osaka ibis 我很滿意,但今次才訂同一集團! 但令我失望!

I fully understand your disappointment and deep concern for the matter. I have spoken to managers of related departments. Housekeeping team will reinforce the training of room cleaning.
