装修一般,床品OK,淋浴OK,交通不方便,打车费用5元RMB/公里。酒店的斑车时间非常有限。早上一班,晚上二班,去downtown.

跟朋友的旅行,南航机票+酒店的套餐,就酒店服务来说,符合5星标准。 房间很大,很干净,风格简单,有一个大阳台,对着酒店游泳池,远看大海。 早餐很好吃,种类也还好。泳池干净,海边也是很干净。 服务人员都是笑笑的,很有礼貌。 特别要感谢前台的一个小姑娘,不知道他的名字是什么,因为我要去珍珠酒店入住,出了一点小问题,前台一直给我打电话,跟珍珠酒店沟通。十分感谢她!! 唯一不好的地方,因为是晚上2点到达机场,又是两个女的,为了安全起见,提前邮件沟通的接机服务,但越南币太多0,以至于我看邮件的时候,误以为机场打车$ USD:7(VND:15000),跟酒店接车价格一样。没有想到贵了10倍的价格,从机场到酒店也就20分钟,竟然收了443的车费。我认为邮件联络人应该把这个VND:150000 也对应定下美元才可以让客人看清楚。因为这个费用实在花得有点太冤枉。

酒店分两个区域,我们住的别墅区,环境很好,有公共的泳池,是无边泳池,每栋别墅也有自己的小泳池,我们住了三天,第一天从市场买了一些食材回来,之后做了四顿饭,特别有家的感觉。酒店的摆渡车很方便,我们一般去沙滩都会坐。酒店工作人员都很好,有什么问题都会微笑解答,唯一缺点就是酒店附近比较荒凉,出行不是很方便,都需要打车,客房服务不是很满意,第二天打扫卫生感觉就是换了毛巾,加了洗漱用品,都没有给加纸巾盒里的纸。

第一印象不太好,后续还好。我们打车从贝壳到诺富特,到酒店的时候,我们带着一个BABY,有婴儿车还有两个大箱子,还背着两个书包,东西很多,酒店大堂的服务员没有一个过来帮忙的 都是在那站着看,这个跟在贝壳住宿的时候差很远。checkin速度也很慢,效率有待提高。入住后酒店设施 泳池 沙滩这些都还好,希望以后改进,作为一家高级酒店,服务是一个非常重要的指标。

完美的入住体验,酒店的每一位工作人员都是微笑着为你提供服务,给你一种家人般的感觉,一流的服务体验。我们此次入住的是泳池别墅,房间非常漂亮,几乎可以满分,因为时间关系,没有体验厨房,是一点点小小遗憾。遍布酒店的各个泳池,是小朋们的最爱,完美的接送服务让我受宠若惊。

打電話聯繫服務台(0) 有好幾次打不通, 也又好幾次打通沒有人接聽. 我住宿的房號是900, 距離餐廳及大廳較遠, 聯繫Buggy 接送也常常要打好幾次後才聯繫到, 聯繫到之後等待時間可長達20分鐘. 夜晚約十一點從大廳要返回房間等待Buggy 的時間也長達15分鐘. Room service 的部份, 房間裡沒有菜單.需再請專人送至房間. 點餐後大約三十分鐘送到, 但送餐又漏了送主食白米飯. 再次聯繫後超過一個鐘頭才送到. 非常不好的經驗.從開始要點餐到最終餐點完全送達時間約為兩小時二十分鐘. 此外, 房間內應備有雨傘, 我入住的房間裡也沒有. 總結, 我認為是五星級的價格, 三星級的服務. 我恐怕不會再入住貴酒店. 但還是期盼貴酒店能作出改善,以提高本身競爭力.

因為跟智遊網訂購飯店,入住時才發現購買智遊網的機加酒沒有顯示早餐,我們非常的生氣!!!已經與智游網客服人員聯繫,但是飯店人員回應的態度不是很好,讓我們很失望,因為入住八天,沒有早餐就算了,也沒有一個折扣或是優惠,因為這次是我爸爸媽媽要去越南30周年紀念日的旅行,因為這樣所以入住的不是很開心,飯店應該需要檢討員工的態度問題!!!!!

最期待的别墅旅行,成了最普通无趣的体验。别墅的内景与宣传图不一样,背景墙没有装饰品,房内也乏善可陈。厨房里没有调味料,客房中甚至没有酒店特色睡衣。要知道最普通的诺富特房间都有睡衣。别墅区离海边太远,叫了内部车辆却迟到二十分钟,让我们错过了落日。退房时丢失的物品没有人上报,只有耳机找了回来,原因是被清洁工拿回家了。整体印象很一般,不会在国内做任何推荐,甚至想劝说朋友不要预定。

我预定的是欢乐家庭套餐,里面每间房含两张珍珠乐园门票,确认邮件里面写的清清楚楚,但是前台说我预定的是一人房所以只能给我一张。给她看邮件她说是中文看不懂,转给她看英文她说不以这个邮件为准。气死人。
