We went to Winestone for dinner celebration. The ambience is good with warm lighting. The Sardinian Seafood pot, Gambas and Crabmeat Chitarra was great, as were the Apple Crumble and Banana Turon. The staff were attentive and a shout out to Asnawi and Adrian for the special attention given to us👍🏻

We love the warmth and hospitality !

I have stayed at the MERCURE Singapore on Stevens several times. I keep returning because of the spaciousness of the hotel, the beauty of its gardens and its peaceful atmosphere despite its proximity to Orchard. But above all I must commend its gracious service. I have to say that this hotel provides one of the best guest services I’ve come across. The staff are so warm and welcoming. It is such a pleasure to return, and to see their smiling faces once again. I want to thank Nasiruddin, Ashokan, Shazerina, Louis , Glenn, Chaw, Ash and Sofia for the exceptional hospitality they have displayed. We will be back ! :) God bless!

Warm friendly and smooth check in by the front office team Pushpa, Peach, Sofia and Thivas 10/10, the lobby is clean, smells great here too. I was attended to promptly by the team member and the entire check in process was done in less than 5mins, and they helped me with my spilled coffee

I would highly recommend to come here and stay, big room and great customer service! Clean and tidy! Very friendly staffs like Shaz and Megs! Will definitely come back again with my family and friends and even kids! Location also good near town.

thivas and ashok at the front desk ...gave me a exceptional service in my checking and it's my first stay in mercure ....... they make me choose again the accor hotels ..
