The staff are amazing. Peter at breakfast and Marcus and Eidil by the pool are great at remembering you and are very friendly and thoughtful. The concierge and housekeeping staff were also great and so helpful. Some flexibility around the menu having more gluten free options would be great and have made my rating top marks.

Amazing. JAYDEN has single handedly elevated my experience here in sofitel sentosa. It's so true that the forefront of the industry playes such an important role in the first impression and he nailed it. With Jaydens addition to the team i can only see one direction that Sofitel sentosa is headed towards , and that's upwards. Kudos.

The one and only best hotel and resort in Singapore to bring your furkid for a staycation or celebrate special occasion. The service at the hotel is way above our expectation in all ways when we brought our furkid for a 4 days 3 nights staycation to celebrate his 10th birthday. The hotel welcome all kinds and sizes furkid and allow your furkid to have meal with you outside their main restaurant. We would like to take this occasion to thank a few staffs at the hotel, Mr Albert, the restaurant captain, who is a dog lover himself, by arranging a birthday celebration session with our furkid. Mr Jayden, the front desk staff, the first thing when we checked into the hotel, he greeted our furkid a "Happy Birthday" and the reservation staff Ms Wendy, who has made a prefect arrangement for us. Last but not the less, everyone in the hotel provide guests with a "home coming" service and the food is beyond description. Hope we can make a return to the hotel next year to celebrate our furkid 11th birthday.

My recent hotel stay Sofitel was made delightful by the incredibly friendly staff, Marcus Peter. The food was nice and exceed our expectations ... especially the Satay, Laksa. Only drawback was that the Bak ku Teh and Laska was not serve with chopsticks.

good hotel, very friendly personality Marcus is a very friendly person. good beds, very flushy pillow's near beach and a very good eco, you have also a shuttle to go to the city. good food and good drinks. next time when im in singapore im going back here
