入住價格較高的行政套房,check in後並沒有拿到入住注意事項,還要自己到櫃台訊問幾點用餐才拿到入住注意事項,並未感受到入住行政套房的禮遇。

总体来说我经历了一次很不错的住宿体验,各部门服务人员服务态度很好,很热情,彬彬有礼!不足的地方就是:1、缺乏中文服务。2、游泳池水不清洁。3、早餐未提供含汤水的食物。4、客房的牙刷十分糟糕,拖鞋是用过的。

打扫房间的工作人员非常不专业!第二天晚上回到房间的时候,卫生间里没有放置浴巾,当时想着偶尔会忘记也是很正常的事情。可是到了第三天,不仅仅没有浴巾,竟然连毛巾都没有?!当我致电前台告知这一情况时,只是略不耐烦的回了一句“I'll send it to your room right now”,甚至连句道歉都没有。所以第四天我没有在房间里留下小费。晚上回去的时候,“惊喜”的发现浴巾和毛巾竟然都有,但是上面有明显的黄色及红色污渍,而且地巾竟然是湿的?!另外,前一晚我在桌子上吃了东西,但是桌子并没有擦干净。
