This is my second stay this year, and both stays were perfect: - Location is great with easy access to Masjid / Baqi' and Holy Rawda. - Smooth and fast check in and check out, very friendly staff (especially Fahad) - On my first stay I booked a single room and then a friend joined me, no problem they sent the bedding team to split beds in the junior suite they upgraded us to (that was complimentary) - The room is spacious, the sitting area is perfect, the kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. - They offer Ihram friendly Shampoo, soap and shower gel. - The delicious breakfast has a great variety that suits everyone. - I accidentally overslept until 3:30 PM (check out originally at 2 PM), no one called, I only received a knock on the door at 3:45 PM and checked out 20 mins later and was not charged for it. I really look forward for my next stay, totally recommend it.

Arrived to the hotel and was checked in quickly despite our rooms not being ready. Got upgraded to a suite. Ahmad Adel was an amazing concierge help. Always attentive and checking to see if things were OK. The suite was a good size with 2 bathrooms. Room service was good
