Excellent: very nice, friendly and smiling staff. Breakfast and the view from 7th floor . Location was great as well , walking distance to Marina as well as to city center. Room on the first floor on street and port side was still very quiet and good to sleep But... the room on 1st floor (street + port view) was not 4**** hotel and was not IBIS Styles style. I have been several times in IBIS Hotels worldwide ...and this was not IBIS Styles room. Maybe this room still has to be renovated . All in all, pleasent stay and for the shorter stay was more then OK

Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Great location if you are travelling by ferry. Views from restaurant / bar are great. Bit of a walk into the centre of the city. Breskfast is basic but quite adequate. I would stay again if I were using the ferry service.

We decided to stay one night there after a long travel by ship and we found a lovely place in Palermo with a precious help from anyone of the staff and the position is perfect, two minutes from the ship and 15 minutes walking from city center

Disappointed. Glad for free parking. It's on the port front which is good for the view but also on a very busy road though we didn't hear it at night. Check in easy. Lift broke down once while we were there which is always scary. Room was sizable but lack of storage space, a massive bath in the middle of the room. Shower was strange. Bar was very limited. Breakfast was ok. Rather stay at standard ibis or pay more for a mecure.

staff professional and friendly. hotel convenient for public transport and tour bus. loved the restaurant being on the top floor with balcony overlooking the busy port. lovely breakfast with plenty of choice
