Meet Mr. Nase and Faisal during my stay in Pullman. My kids love the kids activity so much especially the pool party. It’s so enganging and fun to have and my kids will look forward to this event on our next visit. A very kids friendly hotel and service

nice place to staycation with family, nice facilities and complete breakfast also. swimming pools are large, kid had so much fun in damar swimming pool, riding avt together and feeding animals such as deer, rabbits and othet animals. overall staffs are nice especially mas putra n mbak amalia.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights, enjoying the Ramadan package. I can say, our stay was perfect! The room was very nice with very complete facilities. Our kids were very happy with all the kids facilities. All the staff were very helpful and attentive! Especially Yudi, the front office staff, who was very helpful and friendly. Definitely the best 5-star hotel in town and also the best family hotel! I can't wait to stay here again. Thank you, Pullman!

so many activities in one place, kids are happy, also the activity staff are very nice esp mba Tiara who accompany my kids while waiting for the room.. thank you! keep it up cons : waiting for room after check in bit too long, stricly at 3 pm, we arrived at 1 and room still not ready.. maybe it bc eid season holiday
