值得讚~地點方便~另就算沒有購買自助早餐~但酒店亦有提供簡便早餐~窩心~ 改善地方~床褥同枕頭不太舒適,枕頭亦令我同行友人一樣有落枕~另住了3晚好似有嘢咬~手腳有紅點~

However, we are sorry that you found that your pillow was not comfortable. You may know that we have two types of pillows, therefore next time you come please do not hesitate to ask our front desk for another type of pillow. We regret that you were bitten by an insect during your stay. We ensure you that we will do our utmost efforts to improve our housekeeping services and we are again, sorry that it has caused inconvenience during your stay. 員工非常親切有禮!前台的員工都能說英語,非常好! 另外,在早餐餐廳接待我們的員工十分專業。雖然他非常忙碌,但仍殷勤地服務我們。 房間設施保持集團的品質, 美中不足的是房間光線不足,室內比較昏暗。 最後,建議酒店增設微波爐。在日本這個地方,微波爐實在太重要了! 總括來說,是次入住經驗十分正面,下次也會選擇入住的。^^
