« 地點方便,服務有禮 »

員工有禮 地點方便 缺點: 1) 垃圾桶太小 2) DND牌不穩固,因牌不穩固掉在地上,當天沒有人到房清潔。員工回覆14:30後就沒有房間清潔。連基本的垃圾也沒有人來幫忙處理。 3) 清潔不夠細心,連住6個晚上。但只有2次在清潔房間時會增添新牙膏(每天只給新牙刷)。其他天數是要主動要求房務提供牙膏才有。很不滿意! 4) 鄰近建築地盤,很早就被叫醒。隔音不好,平夜鄰房吵架聲非常清楚。

員工態度誠懇、房間乾淨、環境衛生令人滿意。 唯獨酒店房間只有暖氣提供,故感到有點焗,但開了窗後卻有一陣炸雞的氣味,故希望可以增加冷氣。

整體滿意, 房間清潔, 員工有禮。 但日本天氣較乾燥, 房間如有加濕機真的會更加分, 因為3天晚上都應該太乾而醒了幾次。 另外枱沒有鏡, 如有小鏡/摺合鏡放於枱上會更方便。

« 地点方便,但房間太小,由其是洗手間 »

地点方便,特别是靠近新宿西站,可以避过了繁複的JR新宿站。但房間的空間實在太陜窄,洗手間內基本設備齊全,但洗手盆太細小,十分不方便。對女仕來說最不方便的是洗手間內沒有放置垃圾箱,每次必需把垃圾從洗手間帶到房間內的垃圾桶內丢掉。當女仕在不方便的日子時實在感到不便和尷尬。這点真的希望可以改善。

« 位置很好的精致酒店 »

相对来说位置跟价钱都非常的合理,除了厕所马桶位置实在是太靠墙壁了,给稍胖人来说,几乎无法正坐在马桶上面。这大概是唯一也是最大的缺点吧。
