酒店就在Chan Sow Lin 站下車,上天橋便直達,很方便,房間空間設施都不錯的,早餐款式也很多,值得一贊,欣賞每天早上11時,12時及1時的專車到KLCC服務,記得預訂! 酒店沒有了spa 服務提供,但網站沒有更新,空歡喜一場,健身室太簡陋,沒有勇氣在那鍛鍊,晚上的酒吧很好,但氣氛不足 周邊食的買的不多都是三四間店而已,座落的商場如空城,如日後開發,會很吸引 從酒店強行走到ikea 要花15分鐘,但附近可以走的真的不多,香港的店又像快關門大吉似的。所以都要走 Chan sow lin 美食廣場也要走15分鐘,並且有點静

优点: 1.自助早餐种类多,味道不错; 2.位于地铁站旁,而且还有去市区景区的3趟班车,出行方便; 3.工作人员友善耐心,对我们帮助颇多; 缺点:卧室的灯光太暗了。

1.在酒店前台询问后告知:酒店没有任何工作人员能够使用中文。 2.预定的是双子塔景观房,要整个人贴到玻璃最角落才能看到。与前台交涉后告知,只要看到一点,也算景观房。而明明有正对双子塔的房间空着。 3.中午12点左右到达酒店,却需要下午3点才能办理入住,需要等待的时间过久,旅行计划整个被打乱。 4.连续入住3晚,第2晚发现酒店所有床上用品都未更换,包括洗手间的浴巾。提供的一次性洗护用品也未换新,甚至未提供擦手巾等。 5.第3晚时,特别留下便签,要求更换床上用品,依然未更换。致电前台要求更换后,等了有半小时,二次致电才来。洗手间所有用品未换新,未提供擦手巾等。 6.酒店的电视节目过少,仅提供两瓶纯净水,无其它赠饮。

My sincere apologies for the lack of hospitality touch and experience you had did not meet your expectation, especially in terms of housekeeping standards and availability of Chinese-speaking staff. I am sorry that our service remain slow. Your feedback is contrary to the high level of hospitality that we usually provide and comes as a sharp reminder that complacency is not an option. As you may aware, ibis styles brand is a premium economy hotel which is not known for having full bathroom amenities, free flow drinking water and full TV channels. The brand offers simplicity, modern design, comfortable room with adequate basic amenities at an affordable price. I am sorry if any of our members had given you the wrong information. In fact, our hotel is 7km away from Petronas Twin Towers and do not have city view rooms facing it directly. Since early check-in before 2pm is subject to room availability upon your arrival, we would recommend you to book 24/7 Flexi for your next stay that allow you to check-in anytime you wish and check-out 24 hours stay later! 隔音不佳,酒店內部溝通似不緊密 冷氣不冷,需打兩次總機才有人維修 房間整理時不夠仔細,缺浴巾毛巾,打電話給總機後又連續來了兩次送毛巾的 但服務人員態度很好

每次我的行程都会一个月前预定酒店,因为我们都是一大班来自外坡而带着小孩来参加比赛的,因为有小孩需要互相照顾,我都会要求全部房间安排在同一层楼,很遗憾每次都有几家被逼分开,希望下回可以尽量安排在一起。谢谢

基本的都很不错,只是服务的没有那么好,酒店房间的消耗品是需要每天补充的,例如咖啡饼干拖鞋肥皂之类的,可是你们没有做到。还有一点就是你们的设施建身房可以加强,既然已经决定有这个设施,其实你们可以做得更好,里面的器材太少,地方太小,如果可以打通两间酒店房间会更好,增添几样器材,这样酒店的顾客就不需要等候使用。

服务很不错,唯一觉得有一点遗憾的是,开发票的时候,公司抬头不能去掉。因为我们公司是华为的合作公司,公司走华为报销流程的时候,这个发票是可以用的,但是走自己公司内部报销流程的时候,这个发票带了华为的抬头,不能用。如果check-out的时候可以开私人的发票,不要华为抬头的那种,那就太好了。但是如果酒店与华为签的合同里面就是这样要求的,那不改也没有事。

不知道为何,不让车进入到酒店大堂前,卫生间的地面水平度有问题,洗漱台那里的地方总是会积攒一滩水,希望可以提高前台的中文接待能力
