基本的都很不错,只是服务的没有那么好,酒店房间的消耗品是需要每天补充的,例如咖啡饼干拖鞋肥皂之类的,可是你们没有做到。还有一点就是你们的设施建身房可以加强,既然已经决定有这个设施,其实你们可以做得更好,里面的器材太少,地方太小,如果可以打通两间酒店房间会更好,增添几样器材,这样酒店的顾客就不需要等候使用。

« 服务一直不错,早餐卡变得高大上了。 »

服务很不错,唯一觉得有一点遗憾的是,开发票的时候,公司抬头不能去掉。因为我们公司是华为的合作公司,公司走华为报销流程的时候,这个发票是可以用的,但是走自己公司内部报销流程的时候,这个发票带了华为的抬头,不能用。如果check-out的时候可以开私人的发票,不要华为抬头的那种,那就太好了。但是如果酒店与华为签的合同里面就是这样要求的,那不改也没有事。

不知道为何,不让车进入到酒店大堂前,卫生间的地面水平度有问题,洗漱台那里的地方总是会积攒一滩水,希望可以提高前台的中文接待能力

酒店的地理位置不错,check-in很便捷,还有会中文的,挺棒的,如果一定要说不足的话,就是我们住的房间是北向的,虽然有采光,但是有点小异味,其他挺好。还有就是房间的插座有坏的,要注意及时维修。

虽然周边配套设施几乎没有,但是酒店内部设施齐全,早餐很棒!从酒店旁边空着的大楼进去,然后过天桥就是轻轨chan sow lin站,去哪里转车都很方便,吉隆坡不太大,各个景点之间转车都要不了多少时间。不太挑剔的话,我是推荐入住的。

online check in 根本沒有作用,資料都已經online 填寫完畢,check in當天竟然什麼都沒準備好,光是check in就花了快半小時,而且因為我購買有5th 的lucky dip,員工自己竟然不清楚,還要經過我提醒才跟我說抽獎箱的鑰匙找不到,因為很晚了,只好隔天再處理,整體感覺身為Le Club 會員該有的權利以及服務不被重視。

房间宽敞明亮,设施齐全,还提供免费的早餐,总体上还是很满意的,不过还是有一些瑕疵希望能解决的: 1. 上次入住在IBIS Style Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park,因为空调坏了换了三次房间,有点尴尬哈哈。。 2. 作为一个从国外来的人,电视我基本上是不看的,只能手机上网看看视频,但是马来的流量费用很贵,而贵酒店的无线网速不足以让我顺畅的浏览下去。。 希望能得到改善~

我知道前台有可以说中文的美女和帅哥,但是可不可以给他们一个固定的办公窗口或者将他们的名字贴出来呢,这样就方便说汉语的人找对应的工作人员;我看到很多中国大陆的游客过来旅游,英文不好,在前台很尴尬,自己用英文表达不清楚,而前台的工作人员又听不懂汉语,这样会影响游客的体验。

客台服务态度(华人女的)有点拽。。明明是用花语问她问题缺用英语回话(虽然听的懂)。。有点不关心顾客。。房间1225的sofa bed看起来黄黄的感觉不干净。。吃早餐的时候我老婆有order western omelet那里的厨师叫我老婆回去坐先随后会送去可是到最后都没送到。。至于房间的布置很不错空间足够。。食物不错。。
