房间宽敞明亮,设施齐全,还提供免费的早餐,总体上还是很满意的,不过还是有一些瑕疵希望能解决的: 1. 上次入住在IBIS Style Kuala Lumpur Fraser Business Park,因为空调坏了换了三次房间,有点尴尬哈哈。。 2. 作为一个从国外来的人,电视我基本上是不看的,只能手机上网看看视频,但是马来的流量费用很贵,而贵酒店的无线网速不足以让我顺畅的浏览下去。。 希望能得到改善~

我知道前台有可以说中文的美女和帅哥,但是可不可以给他们一个固定的办公窗口或者将他们的名字贴出来呢,这样就方便说汉语的人找对应的工作人员;我看到很多中国大陆的游客过来旅游,英文不好,在前台很尴尬,自己用英文表达不清楚,而前台的工作人员又听不懂汉语,这样会影响游客的体验。

客台服务态度(华人女的)有点拽。。明明是用花语问她问题缺用英语回话(虽然听的懂)。。有点不关心顾客。。房间1225的sofa bed看起来黄黄的感觉不干净。。吃早餐的时候我老婆有order western omelet那里的厨师叫我老婆回去坐先随后会送去可是到最后都没送到。。至于房间的布置很不错空间足够。。食物不错。。

当初觉得这个价位的酒店肯定不怎么样,但是住的这两天,感觉非常好。第一,服务态度真好,第二,有免费的巴士去KLCC第三,早餐很好。而且酒店有地图,下次再来光顾。

在经济型酒店酒店中算是性价比很高了。装修使用了大量的马赛克和鲜艳的色彩。室内的空间利用率非常高,算是用心了。最可贵的是酒店的服务人员面带微笑,亲切和善。唯一不足的是房间内的空调对着床头,客人睡觉时冷风吹到头不好。另外,如果有个室外的小花园或游泳池会更好。

前台人员态度一般 不热情 全程无微笑 酒店床单被罩枕套均未更换 浴室淋浴水很小 洗澡很不舒服 如果不是凌晨到店 至少要让服务员换个房间 真心差了点

« 酒店中規中矩,衛生不錯,很安靜,地點也還可以,價格稍微再低一些就更加符合地理位置 »

不錯的一家國際品牌酒店,可惜訂房時把中國人分了等級(同樣是中國的香港人,價格低的不可以住,只可以是大陸的中國人住),如果這樣的話等同於法國南部的人可以訂,北部的人就要付出更加高的代價才可以住,這在法國人來說會不會是國際笑話!懇請酒店當局把價格給各網站時注意他們的價格行為,不要變成網站提高利潤的工具!

1235号房的地板有点下陷了。可以适当维修。餐厅食物变化不大。希望住多天的话第三天不会重复第一天的菜色。希望有更多菜色提供选择。谢谢!其他还好。
