A bit of disappointment of a good hotel

It was not my first time visiting this hotel. After a 3 year absent I returned back to this hotel. Before I gave this hotel a higher rating but I was a bit disappointed about certain things: first the pool was closed because of renovations I didn’t know this at the time I made the booking at a short notice. The staff notified it during check in, but I did received an upgrade to a deluxe room. The room was bigger and clean but the windows covered with condensation secondly the toilet was not working properly and water is leaking from the shower on the toilet floor. Thirdly though the breakfast has a good variation of food I found out that the noodle section was covered with some flies I made a report of it but the person behind the counter didn’t do anything to solve it. I do hope that the management will tackle this problem.

This has been notified or posted accross all booking channel include ALL applications and hotel's website. While we understand that this may cause some temporary inconvenience, we assure you that every measure will be taken to minimize disruptions during your stay. As for the room maintenance and food&beverage feedback, rest assured that we taken necessary actions to ensure it will not happen again in the future. What a great hotel, with even better staff. I travel on business a great deal, but the Pullman Thamrin is up their with best in the World. I was lucky enough to have exec lounge access and I can not compliment Gilang and Bagas enough for the attentive and friendly service, all supported by the wonderful chef Cipa, his beef slider and Vietnamese roll are to die for! I’m back to Jakarta in September and already booked again, even though it’ll mean an extra long commute for me. Book elsewhere at your peril and cost…..

Good city centre location. Friendly staff. Bar, all day dining restaurant and meetings space on lobby level. Hotel is in two accommodation towers with two sets of elevators. Executive lounge on 2nd floor. Plus there is a gymnasium in house.

This was our seventh stay at Pullman Jakarta. Our family has been going there every Eid, Christmas, or school holidays. The staff have always been extremely friendly, genuine, and helpful. The room is always topnotch: clean, spacious, and tidy. But the main reason we always come back to Pullman is the breakfast buffet! Great selections of cheese, fresh smoked salmon, and great cappuccino. Looking forward to our next visit.

I experience excellence service from the team for the room upgrade, anniversary decoration and tent set up. My family enjoy the trip so much even there us a maintenance on the pool there is alternative for us to go another hotel for swimming pool access. We like the huge breakfast area especially on the local food. It just 3 minutes walk to Plaza Indonesia. Recommended for weekend staycation. Special thanks to Annisa, Syarifah, Irham and Angel to make the superb arrangement for us.
