I was well cared for, the staff was called Moutain (nui) This place is very beautiful.The room was very clean, I walked until I was tired, but everywhere was very beautiful.Everything is delicious.There is a chance that I will come back again.

We went there on the weekend and spent a night there. The place itself is pretty nice (I mean Bana hills) - The room facilities are good. -- The breakfast is good. Beautiful castle facade, rooms are small and dated. It is worth staying as it is the only hotel up the mountain. You get to enjoy the atmosphere at night and also early access to golden bridge for hotel guests.

We stayed there a couple of nights and recommend everyone to stay overnight as you will get a discount on cable car if you stay in a hotel. A lot of free rides and activities. Staying there is once in a lifetime experience One of the best hotels with a nice temp. At 18 c Very easy to get there by taxi and take the hotel zip line

Most welcoming stay, indeed. From the smooth check-in and check-out, we were well-assisted with our luggages by the staff, we did not need to call for assistance. 🙂 Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a lovely decor, which I learned later on, was arranged by Ms. Poca and Ms. Byron of the Housekeeping team. A cake and a handwritten greeting note for our anniversary was also very much appreciated. :) Room: Our room is spacious with complete essentials. Lovely view of the courtyard. Separate shower and toilet. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, which is very important for us. No issues whatsoever. Our room is clean, hot and cold showers working well. Breakfast: Wow. I think this is the best breakfast buffet I had so far. The variety of the food, amazing! I also loved their fruit and bread selection. 🙂 La Piscine Pool: We went for an early swim. Very nice indoor pool with a few basketball hoops you can play with. There’s also a lot of shower rooms available. Mercure is the only hotel in Ba Na Hills and the price is worth it. I recommend staying a night or two just for Ba Na Hills, especially for those with kids. Day trip is not enough to explore the entirety of the place, let alone a group tour. It looks magical especially at night. You also get the chance to enjoy the Golden Bridge earlier than those coming from a day trip and believe me, they come in by bulk and it’s difficult to take pictures with a lot of people. The place is like any other. And the hotel lives up to the expectations. If you are not pressed for time, this booking is a must. ❤️ Take note, the only way to Ba Na Hills and this hotel is via cable car, and the ticket price is separate. Checkout is early at 10:30am, but you can leave your things at the lobby to explore Ba Na Hills more. Overall, our stay here is awesome. Highly recommended. Special mention to guest experience supervisor Hannah, we appreciate the smooth checkout and the thank you email. I think one of the best features of this hotel is their amazing staff. :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet each morning. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area
