We are pleased to hear that you found our reception, bar, and restaurant to be nicely decorated with friendly staff. However, we apologize for any disruption caused by ongoing maintenance work in the bar area during your visit. We understand how this could detract from your overall experience and will ensure that any future maintenance is conducted with minimal disturbance to our guests. Regarding your dining experience, we appreciate your feedback about the food quality and service.
