O pessoal do atendimento foi extremamente gentil, solícito. Espaços limpos, café da manhã excelente, música agradável e boa localização. Há ares de interior e boas opções na cozinha. Na minha experiência tudo foi positivo. Parabéns.

Estrutura muito boa, quarto de tamanho superior ao dos quartos da maioria dos demais Ibis nos quais nos hospedamos. Camas confortáveis. Segue o padrão Ibis de hospedagem, exceto pelo café da manhã, que ficou abaixo da média em qualidade dos produtos e por que faltaram itens no buffet às 09:00 h, sendo que o café estaria disponível até às 10:00 h. Às 09 h., quando fomos ao buffet, já não havia ovos mexidos e a máquina de café estava sem funcionar.

Prezado Sr. Marcos, Agradeço por compartilhar conosco sua avaliação. A mesma é de suma importância para nós e evidencia onde devemos melhorar. Lamento pelas ressalvas relatadas e informo que nossa equipe já está sendo orientada e treinada para que tais situações não voltem a ocorrer. Ibis as it is - nothing special. For a business stay absolutely fine! The rooms are clean and the service/ people are friendly and helpful !! Unfortunately are the walls very thin, so you hear everything on the hallway as well as from your neighbours. Also the breakfast is not a highlight at all.

Good room, great reception, good bed and clean room. The hotel has parking, next to the mall and next to the a little beer factory very delicious. This hotel doesn't stay next to the downtown, but a business travel is a great option.

The hotel is brand new and everything looks very well maintained. The staff is nice and corteous, we had a very pleasant stay. We just stayed one night after visiting family in a city nearby, and we plan to stay again in the future.
