A fairly peaceful hotel amidst the bustle of Patong with good sized rooms, pleasant staff ( especially Lou) and a good breakfast. A pity that you have to cross a busy road to get to the beach. Disturbing to note that people were taking naked babies (no nappies/diapers worn) into the pool as this is totally unhygenic plus lots of people ignore the pool dress code with some going in fully clothed. Obviously no pool supervision.

Wow , we just loved this hotel and will definitely be back !! Aircon in family rooms was perfect , my daughter and I had a mummy and me massage , Toy was superb for me ! Room service spot on , easy to get taxi out the front to anywhere , beach very close to walk to . We will only return here as we were so happy . Handy mini mart with street prices inside lobby , pool bar had the best cocktails - nice and strong . Happy hour 2 for 1 and kids loved the cocktails . Lots of nearby cheap massages and shopping :-)

Love the swimming pool where it has the kids area and a very good size of pool with the bar. We had deluxe room and the size is great for 4 of us. Breakfast is decent with several options that you can choose from, daily housekeeping was great and we always get extra towels for the kids everyday without us ringing the housekeeping service asking this on daily basis as we experienced with other hotel. Location is convenient, 10 minutes walk to shopping mall, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 7-11 and laundry service just next door. We used grab to go other places such as central Phuket (biggest shopping mall) about 25 minutes drive, and andamanda phuket water park about 25 minutes drive with grab.

房间脏乱，感觉不值，饮食欠佳，服务差劲，这是我第一个，还没退房，就想给差评的酒店。因为预定成功后无法取消，就住了三晚，这并不是一个对国人友好的酒店，唯一的优点我觉得就是位置还不错，九百多的房费，对标的就是国内的好一些的招待所定的大床房，其实就是两个床拼一起，床单也是拼接的，而且不得不说，可能房间太老，一直弥漫着下水道的反胃，房间卫生也很一般，厕所也打扫的不干净，看着真的很恶心还有就是每天加钱定的早餐，真的真的没什么吃的，感觉是对欧美人友好的早餐，和我想象中的度假酒店的早餐毫不相关，结果就是早餐一天都没吃，白花钱酒店的牙刷不提供，除非你打电话沟通才会给你送。性价比很差
