幾個月前訂房時已經要求要2間相連且安靜的房間,然而到酒店後卻給我們不相連而且是電梯出來第一間的房間,櫃檯人員查詢後說連通房都被訂滿了我們那麼早就訂房了,我不知道為什麼還把連通房先給其他人。另外,check-in 要求延後退房,櫃檯的男接待人員理都不想理也不答應,最後還要我們自己拿會員待遇歡迎信直接找team manager 才延後退房。

1. 酒店的位置决定了几乎没有步行出门的可能,关于这一点,我已有心理准备 2. 打开房间有一股霉味 3. 隔音超级差,隔壁一洗漱,水在下水管道流淌的动静有点惊天动地的味道 4. 房间整体感觉蛮陈旧简陋的,最多也就一宜必思吧

总体来说入住感受不错,和预想的一样,唯一不到位的地方是在房间的死角没有打扫干净,有一个香皂的塑料包装,住了三天也没见清理走,望继续改进。

这是我第一次入住pullman酒店,前台的服务非常好,很亲切。解释入住的条规清晰和明白。也很感谢尊贵酒店给予我成为会员。 只是房间里的冷气空调不够冷,那时我已经调至15度。不过最后是有技术员工来做调整,冷气空调就比较冷了。

房间挺大,还有大浴缸,楼下还有中文很好的前台小伙! 早餐中式的不多,不过其它种类挺多的,外出可以使用Grab叫车,到茨厂街12马币。

入住这个酒店已经不是第一次了,整体感觉非常不错,环境很舒适,地理位置也很好。值得推荐。 再谈点建议。具体如下: 1. 办理入住时太慢了,我们等了足足半个小时,办理速度也很慢,明明已经很多顾客在等待了,这时候应该叫空置的前台位置上的工作人员应该及时出来办理手续。 2. 此外,我们等待了很久,还被人插队,前台工作人员明明看到了,也不懂得制止,对于5星级酒店来说,check-in 如此确实很不应该。 3. 还有就是booking 系统,我需要定5间房,可是每次却只能最多定3间,请问这是出于什么考虑?这无形让客花更多的时间和不确定性,如果我定完3间,还需要再定时定不上了,那已定的3间我是退掉还是怎么处理? 4. 我明明注册了你们的会员,也正常入住和离开,我会员资格上并没有累积这次的住宿,请问为什么? 5. 早餐真的配不上5星级酒店的标准,太差了!实在太差了!

I have done some investigation on the issues you have highlighted and found out that the hotel was experiencing high occupancy during your stay and that resulted a little slower than usual for the rooms to be prepared. Furthermore, I acknowledge that the Front Office team has offered you 4 rooms upgrade to Executive Room and I hope you are happy with that offer. I have also taken note on your comment on our buffet breakfast, I am sorry that it was not up to your standard, I have shared your comments with the team and rest assured that we will re-visit and improvise the breakfast menu choices.
