整理是舒適的, 環境是良好的, 但房間的隔音不好, 還有吹風機很難使用, 沖水洗澡時會有積水的情況.

I have shared your comment with our housekeeping to investigate into the bath to check for any leakage and if the hair dryer needs to be replaced. As for the room noise, our front desk will be more than happy to help reallocate the guests to another room if the noise persists in the current room. 酒店整体看上去有档次,特别是一楼有两个茶餐厅,一个小的提供咖啡点心,一个大的提供正餐酒水,菜色不错,选择也多,环境优美。房间装饰别致,特别是被子柔软到极致,很舒服。不足之处房间门不能自动闭合。前台效率和反应有提高的空间。

1。加床服务及第三人的洗漱用具等入住后一个小时后催促才完成;发现咖啡机坏也很长时间才换来好的; 2。寄存行李丢失,不断询问给只言片语,等候一个小时查了CCTV才发现送错到其它客人客房;父母等人只能在旁站着等待了近一小时,找到后也没有任何解释及补偿,非常糟糕的用户体验。

我結賬的時候有特別Show出我的Accor Club Card,而櫃檯人員說“他有在系統裡面看到我的資料”,所以有幫我累積點數&晚數,但是事實上我上網查了,並沒有累積進去,我覺得被騙了,我的會員帳號是MEMBER LE CLUB ACCORHOTELS CLASSIC Card no 30…7826,因為這點我不開心!

绝大部分的体验都很好,只是有一个人让我非常不满意非常无奈的事情!晚上十一点多入住,进房间后发现,书桌下面的垃圾桶没有清理,还遗留着上一个房客的杜蕾斯安全套和用过的纸巾…………电话询问酒店,竟然问我要不要现在过来打扫?!我坐了半天飞机和大巴到了酒店,半夜十一点多入住脏房,你还这个时间来打扫?最直接的不应该是换一个房间?!太困了,略带失望,就说我要睡了。给酒店欢迎信里面的客房总监发邮件,并没有回应……

酒店鄰近鐵路站,去市中心十分方便。推介酒店內的按摩服務,我媽媽做了腳底按摩,我做了頭肩頸按摩,按摩師很有水準,我們都十分滿意。

酒店的房间宽大整洁,作为酒店的金卡会员升级到了至尊豪华房,房间有个大浴缸,房间挺舒服的。服务人员很有礼貌。早餐品种很多,很丰富,味道也不错。酒店位置不在市中心,周围没有什么商业设施,不过交通还算方便。离LRT Kerenchi车站步行5分钟路程,离KL centre LRT 只有三站,而且酒店有往返市中心诺富特的shuttle bus.还算方便。毕竟作为5星级酒店,这个价位已经非常超值了,有机会还会过来住的。
