酒店服务很好,住宿也很舒适。自助餐食物也新鲜美味。由于房间紧张,先前订的不吸烟房在入住第二天给调换到位。 美中不足的是房间有个上锁的门,可以听见隔壁的谈话。

每次入住前台都很友善,有欢迎饮料,能够快速有效的完成入住。房间似乎比去年有更新,洗手间比以前明亮了很多。餐厅的早餐人员也比以前有了很大提高,会有人看到你没有咖啡帮你添加。以前总是没人理,自己去拿都要很长时间。总之比以前好了很多。希望会更好。

1. 非繁忙时段,checkin 耗时近半小时。我们使用不同的雅高账号,同时预订两间房,同样的价格,办理时却被告知需要支付第四人的早餐费用,我们不接受,前台找到一位正准备下班,换下工服的领导,两人在我们面前用越南语交流一会后,这位领导便离开了,全程没有和我们打过任何的招呼。最后前台对我们说,可以给到8折的早餐价格。我们仍旧不接受,几个前台开始交头接耳,拿出一本通讯录,打电话联系起来,最后一位 duty manager 来到大堂,区别于刚刚那位换下工服的领导,他一见到我们便问好,了解了情况后,核对了一番预订记录,最后说可以免费提供第四人的早餐。 2. 早餐时,一共就四五桌的客人。餐厅员工没有任何服务与微笑,我们主动要求一位戴眼镜的女员工,提供茶水。用餐时,发现了菜品里有长发,于是我们对着员工招手,示意他们过来,可并排站在酒水吧台内的五位员工看到后,却没有一个人过来,那位戴眼镜的女员工,还指了我们的桌面,意思茶水已经上好了。最后一位孕妇员工走过来,给她看了头发,她什么也没说,就端走了菜品,之后这五位员工没有一人向我们致歉,就像什么都没有发生过,在如此知名的酒店,员工的各方面真的是有待提高。 3.承接第二条,我们找到了经理,经理首先当然是抱歉,但是给出的理由是他们的英语不好,可能不理解,这样的说辞也是非常没有诚意。虽然最后checkout时,酒店operation manager 有找到我们,表达歉意,但是整个酒店体验非常糟糕,带着父母,也给旅途带来了不便。

pullman Hanoi 提供免费的mini bar, 这个非常好。 入住的时候要求更换硬床垫,酒店答应更换一个加床,但是最后没有给更换。 但是我只住了一天,无所谓了。

1. 房間規劃合理而方便,居住環境安靜而舒適,住宿期間對清潔和衛生部份相當肯定。 2. 冰箱裏供住客免費取用的冷飲很少見,對居住舒適度個人給予相當高的加分。 3. 住宿期間由一樓用餐處走樓梯下大廳時不慎跌跤,門房衝進來幫助,這點值得肯定。但也建議若未來有類似事件在通報週知部份可再加強。例如應通知大廳經理,進行後續追蹤及安排,如此可更得到更多印象加分。

酒店设施偏老,房间和洗手间都比较小,行政酒廊也不大,但是服务人员都训练有素,非常热情有礼貌,餐厅的饭菜很可口,行政楼层的住房待遇很实惠 房间提供的熨衣板,版面材质是塑料布!熨斗打在高温下,瞬间布料就烫坏了...烧坏的塑料布直接印在我熨的裤子上,裤子也完蛋了...

作为高级白金会员,办理入住应该是9楼的行政酒廊,而不是前台大厅,大厅接待人员热情,讲解细致,还是细节还应该提升,普通客人到店,应该是坐在大厅沙发,迎宾人员再送上欢迎饮料,而不是一直让客人站着等待办理手续,岘港诺富特做的比较好,2家对比的话,虽然铂尔曼应该高一个档次,比诺富特服务应该更上一个档次,酒店房间太旧,进入一股难闻的霉味,应该装修了
