From the garden staff, to the room cleaners, to the laundry service, who all worked so hard to make the hotel and its surroundings truly appealing. Their attention to detail, especially with the hotel gardens and grounds, deserves a special mention. Wherever you are in the hotel, there are pleasant views of the plants and buildings. As we said before, many times you forget that you are in a hotel and feel like you are in a park! Staff, managers and supervisors all made sure that enjoy every bit of my stay. Ayushi Hk Manager is willing to go above and beyond, and have the ability to anticipate their guests' needs, she remains calm and composed at all situations. She prepared a lovely bouquet which is admirable. She was prompt with the arrangements of the housekeeping amenities. Her presence can make a difference between success and disaster.

Met Gouranga - housekeeping during my stay was really a gem of a person, I absolutely love staying at Novotel special thanks to him for making my stay more memorable. I would also like to thank Ayushi for her impeccable assistance, especially when last minute requirements came up. Special mention to the housekeeping staff for putting their best foot forward with all the rooms occupied.

Although we were only here for an overnight stay between flights we couldn't fault the service here. We were fortunate to be upgraded to the Executive floor where we were beautifully hosted by Kushagra who served us delightful snacks prepared by chef Amit Singh. Full marks Accor!

We had food at Food exchange restaurant and the food and staff is amazing but the only thing is we do not like about is taxes on bill which is really disappointing because taxes are more than the dishes amount which is very bad for people who are coming from different countries but anyway I would like to thank you Mr Haritik for everything during our stay

Great service from Housekeeping, specifically Gajendra Kumar and floor in charge Mrs Ayusi. Great hotel and location, Aerocity New Delhi. Room cleaning is superb. Toilet is clean and nice. & fast service. Friendly staffs. Great choice!
