位置、餐食、住宿等均不错,虽然闹区,但是还比较安静;早餐比较丰富;房间干净、温馨;如果洗漱台更大些就更好了!

一如往常的高品質服務,還是很喜歡住在這,但有一點我覺得應該要改善,因為這次入住剛好生日,酒店工作人員也精心的怖置了房間及小禮物,非常感謝,但朋友送生日蛋糕給我,因隔天才辦生日餐會,請酒店人員能否冷藏存放蛋糕至隔天,酒店並未同意,只同意存放幾個小時,當晚一定要拿走,不能隔夜,這對我來說非常不方便,希望以後能改善。

舒适方便,服务人员英语说的比较流利。但是酒店前台的工作效率有待提高,办理入住和退房折腾了二十几分钟。另外,订房的时候还多给我算了一个房间,最后沟通了三四次,酒店才确认说是自己电脑出错,自动订了的,也是有点意思了。房间干净,但是不如国内和美国的大,豪华商务间跟国内三星酒店当年差不多大,并没有写的那么大面积,估计写的是占地面积吧。酒店离市中心很近,离景区也很近。普通晚上睡觉比较安静,除了越南足球比赛获胜市区吵闹到三点钟之外,在二十四层都听得见,其他都好。酒店早餐含房费里面比较划算,自己付款120美金,基本上没有美国,欧洲等国家的好。酒店介绍了附近的一家当地餐厅叫做Riva的,感觉还不错。酒店的叫车服务也很周到。
