入住体验还不错哦,酒店位置很好,服务态度也很好。但是,没有一次性拖鞋和瓶装饮用水,真的太不方便了。不是很习惯。

房間明亮,空間小所以設計簡單,但放置行李箱及吊掛衣服都0k 浴室洗臉槽有裂痕易讓人誤以為髒污,最好更換,另浴室掛勾僅一個,比較不方便 附近有中山廣場,方便購物及簡單用餐

房內空間適合2人活動的大小,床的舒適度不錯很好睡,床上的圓柱長型抱枕可拿來墊腳很舒服,窗外風景優美,這次的住宿令人滿意。

非常不满意。1、上午十点半到达酒店,因为孩子正在生病发烧,希望能够提前入住,可以前台因为各种理由无法办理,开始说最快也要12点多可以办理入住,可是12点多又说按照规定下午2点才能办理。完全无视客户的体验和特殊情况。并且在此期间,并未体现出对客户的关怀。完全置之不理。还得我们在大堂一直等到下午两点才入住。2、因为酒店房间是分2次预定的,但是在办理check in的时候只给办理了第一次的预定,没有办理第二次的预定,并且没有提前告知我们到日期后还需要再次办理check in,回到酒店才发现房门打不开,导致又回到前台询问,找了很久才发现原因,又等了好久。非常失望的体验。

櫃臺的服務人員都很親切有禮,客房清潔人員都很盡心盡力的維持房間的乾淨。 食物都很新鮮健康。 唯一我覺得還有待加強是房間的toothpaste and toothbrush set不夠環保,因為有時候我只要toothpaste而已,toothbrush 還想繼續使用,但是拆一包新的,舊的toothbrush就不得不丟棄,有點浪費。而且不環保。

整體感覺不錯。服務態度好,走廊和電梯有音樂讓人感到放鬆。早餐方面也不錯,種類多,風格很家庭式,但是整體空間顯得有點擠。

酒店職員友善,入住的房間雖不大但樓底高沒焗促感,空調夠冷住得舒服。只是房間及厠所欠缺掛鈎有些不便 ,房間的隔音差 ,我入住的房間雖有外借智能電話但不能衝電用不著。酒店離最近的地鐵站有十分鐘腳程,此段路需上斜落斜,有小孩同行的不太適合,但酒店每半小時有shuttle bus接送往返,不過要自行預約時間。除此之外四週有食市 超市等相當方便而出名的文東記離酒店只有5分鐘的路程,總括而言入住Ibis感覺良好及舒適的。
