要求延後退房一個小時,接待處願意延長30分鐘,但有同住的其他朋友則可以延後一小時,我感到不公平。另外淋浴間燈光太暗,不適合年長人士。

我们约中午十二点不到就到达酒店了。办入住时前台说可以提前到十二点入住,但过了一会儿就说还是要到下午二点入住。但是当我们二点到前台时被告知需要再等十五分钟。十五分钟后待我们拿好房卡和寄放的行李箱,乘电梯到十五层的房间时,清洁员还在里面清理。 房间挺大,视野开阔,美观。酒店交通方便,紧邻购物中心。

房间不错,毕竟之前几天我都是住在Centara,除了厕所小了些之外,性价比都很高。 有一个很严重的问题,就是插座都没有电。 后来打电话给前台,来了个服务员才发现,由于插座的盖板做的太厚了,导致插头无法取电。。。 希望酒店能认真排查插座这样的基础设施,对于用户来说很重要。
