整體都好整潔,房間寬躺窗戶隔音良好,但可惜廁所用品必須用戶提出才可供應(例如:牙刷及男士鬚刨等)。同時,如房間可以預備多一張棉被備用,原因第一晚感覺冷氣太大但我老公就怕熱所以我想用多一張棉被但沒有供應的。後來我病倒了。

对酒店的入住服务,行政酒廊服务,早餐,In Balance和健身房都很满意。 有两点,希望酒店以后做的会更好。 1. In Balance:我们一行三个人体验的In Balance,我愿意是给自己点一个Thai Massage, 我的老婆是Oil Tissue,我的儿子Coconut Oil。但是In Balance的工作人员给我们安排是两个Oil Tissue和一个Coconut Oil,希望酒店今后在和英语不是很好的客人沟通时,尽量再三确认。 2. Check out: 酒店在给我结账的时候算错的价格,由于我本次入住申请了使用积分,在水单的总价部分,有两个价格 1) 7467.77: 我应付得钱 2) 6014.88: 用积分抵消的钱 结账的时候,酒店收费的是6014.88,还是我自己看出来的错误, 并补交了剩下的 1452.89 希望酒店今后避免在结账时出错误。

大堂辦理入住手續好快,不須要你等多。值得一讚 房間清潔。相對,住在Pattaya 同一集團的酒店,有頗大分別。希望能繼續保持這整潔整齊的優点。 有小小不足:雖然有全身鏡,但可是鏡嘅位置安於放行李行面; 每次出門前要照,都要移動行李才能夠(實在有点不便)。

酒店所处的位置实际是非常好,处在曼谷的市中心,交通很便捷!房间也还算宽敞,明亮!最大的问题是洗浴的淋浴房设计不合理,因为淋浴间没有门,洗完澡水溢出到洗漱间去了,使得我洗漱的时候地面到处都是水,还差点就溢出到房间!进出洗漱间到房间也满是水!希望这一点可以得到改善!其实就装个门,隔断就好了!

是我住過Novotel 裡面體驗最不好,退房的時候櫃檯人員面無表情冷淡,入住時告知因浴室蓮蓬頭有問題需要解決延後兩小時入住,結果入住後一樣沒解決。 完全沒有其他我入住過的NOVOTEL 的熱情,同時我訂了兩間房間全家去旅遊,一間是4晚,一間2晩。會員累積分只幫我記錄2晚。 另一間房間門的安全扣也故障,兩間入住的時候房間設備都有發生故障。感覺這個飯店的管理有問題。這是一次非常差的住宿體驗。下次絕不在入住此飯店。

酒店給了我們尾房,我見同層其它房間都不是廁所門向床方向! 每當我開電視機聲音度數3,已是較到最低,但電視的喇叭在廁所,都覺得十分十分大聲!讓人感到很嘈,很不舒服,電視機都不願開!甚麼設計?竟然要將電視喇叭放在廁所? 我沒有提出轉房,真的不想動來動去!但這樣真的讓我感到反感!希望你們會作出改善! 但酒店職員的態度十分好!
