I am very satisfied with my experience here at Novotel Tangerang. I've come over to Indonesia to come and see my family here, I'm definitely not disappointed with the room quality and the food and beverage service. All the facilities provided have been well maintained and the hotel's location is located nearby to malls (which is very convenient).

Room very clean and tidy the food was well spread and delicious. Espescially Geswa who go out of her way to serve us. Overall the hotel has served my family well. Even my children dont want to yo other hotel. Always my family choice hotel before returninv yo Singapore.

I remembered one or two years ago I stay in this hotel, they gave me room in the corner and (as usual the hotel use centralize AC) the AC was not cool as I expected. But now, at the corner room, the AC work as good as it should be all the time. The food at the restaurant is amazing, breakfast is one of the best among accor hotel around Tangerang. Normally, as gold member, I get some fruits or small cakes in my room. But this time, they give me whole chocolate cake. It taste so good too. And if you are gold member, you can get small buffet dinner at the lounge for free. Sure I will back soon.

Disturbing phone alarms from next door every morning at 4:30 am

I stayed at this hotel from February 26th to March 2nd. 2024. My husband booked it for me. He returned to the US ten days before me. When checking in I mentioned to the front desk that I was a member of All Accor Plus and asked if I could get a room upgrade. But the staff said no for upgrading and gave me a room with a connecting door close to the elevator. Two things that I usually avoid the most. But I don't have any complaints. Until early morning at 4:30 I suddenly woke up because I heard the alarm going off non-stop from the next room for about two hours. That morning I tried to stay asleep. The next morning at the same time it happened again. I called the front desk and reported this. About 10 minutes later the alarm stopped sounding. This happened again the next day and I had to call the front desk again at 4:30 am. I asked to move rooms but he said that was if it was available. There was no further action from the hotel to resolve this problem because the next morning this happened again. I get headaches and fatigue due to this always disturbed sleep. Besides that, I bought spa and food/drinks at the Sixth Sense pool bar, and the Novotel staff didn't remind me to use the All Accor Plus discount membership. Until I finally talked to the restaurant staff, Fernando, who helped to give points for the purchase. Restaurant staffs are quick to respond and solve problems. For a hotel like Novotel, I was disappointed with the way the front desk staff handled guests.

Very good and nice hotel. Clean room. Executive premier lounge on 20th floor, serve by Mr. Sidiq. He is very nice, friendly and really good service from him. Never regret to stay here. Kids friendly also. Small swimming pool but clean. Thumbs up…
