« 服务和早餐很好,房间硬件设施差。 »

早餐有当地特色,味道不错,食材新鲜,很好,整体服务也好。但房间有些失望:行政房与普通客房看不出区别,房间很小,没有沙发,卫生间没有排气扇,马桶很高,座在上面脚是吊着的,极不舒服。

前台接待服务热情,整体环境优雅,特别是餐厅的环境,本人比较喜欢,餐厅工作人员的服务态度也给赞。泳池的环境也不错,很悠闲。下午的时候曾经点了杯咖啡在餐厅小坐,咖啡杯以及搅拌勺显得档次不够。房间内的设施,基本满意吧。比较贴心的是配置了不同标准的电源插座,方便来自不地区的人使用。房间的整体卫生不错,但是 沙发感觉需要清洗,不是太干净。

The check-only found that you hotel has been my email address record error, cause I have been unable to login accorhotels! 很親近客戶, 除了正常check in程序之外, 觀察客戶的特性, 主動關切問相關服務的需求或話常, 貴賓室(executive lounge)也很舒適與, 唯一需注意的是上次住宿與這此住宿的貴賓室的咖啡機都壞掉.

浴室水温與水壓不足。兩個花灑選擇操作和開閉水源很麻煩。第二天沒有咖啡及文具提供.第二天浴室內的杯子沒有清潔。 用毛巾摺成的娃娃有心㤙。 歡迎咭有我公司名稱非常有心思

« 性价比较高的一次体验 »

1)酒店大堂有个小门直接通往一个shopping mall 2)很多餐厅,各种口味可选,最好的还在一楼,tea garden,有中文菜谱,吃的东西很中式了;如果已经腻了当地的重口味菜式,可以到这个餐厅吃;茶是差了点,还行 3)住的行政房,很不错,有送新鲜的水果;不足的是,安排了很吵闹的人住隔壁,很晚入住的邻居总是不停的开门关门声,洗手间的门是双开木门,开或关时噪音很大 4)离机场距离不远,但是交通不是很通畅;用酒店的车送去机场也不贵,司机很聪明全部走小路绕过所有拥堵路段,差不多近40分钟到达机场
