1.較前幾次入住體驗比較,退步了 2. Checkin 超級沒效率,前面只有一組客人就等了快十分鐘,等到我時,也辦了十幾分鍾。 3. 此次入住Primer room,但房間並沒有不一樣,且早上還沒熱水 4. 免費停車登録沒落實,讓我因此卡在收費亭五分鐘以上

環境漂亮優美,但服務部分需要在改進,在進入房間時發現給的房間區域不是非吸菸樓層,並且做上給小卡片說請享用水果跟水,但在桌上確都沒有東西,而牙刷跟浴袍都只給一人份,於訂房時已有高知人數確未有依人數給相關用品,應可以在加強留意改善。

浴室沒有門,水容易濺出,變成只能很靠近的洗澡 浴巾與毛巾最好能每天換新或整理 電視遙控器很難按 早餐很豐富環境也很好 買東西很方便

早餐有当地特色,味道不错,食材新鲜,很好,整体服务也好。但房间有些失望:行政房与普通客房看不出区别,房间很小,没有沙发,卫生间没有排气扇,马桶很高,座在上面脚是吊着的,极不舒服。

前台接待服务热情,整体环境优雅,特别是餐厅的环境,本人比较喜欢,餐厅工作人员的服务态度也给赞。泳池的环境也不错,很悠闲。下午的时候曾经点了杯咖啡在餐厅小坐,咖啡杯以及搅拌勺显得档次不够。房间内的设施,基本满意吧。比较贴心的是配置了不同标准的电源插座,方便来自不地区的人使用。房间的整体卫生不错,但是 沙发感觉需要清洗,不是太干净。
