这真的是目前体验感最差的一次住宿体验。办理入住的时候大概一点左右,明明有很多服务台办理入住,但是效率非常低,动作很慢。这都是其次,安排好房间后,告诉我们两点才可以入住,因为赶飞机衣服不方便我们就等到了两点准备入住,却告知我们房间没有收拾好还要再等一个多小时,也不给我们其他的解决方案。是我们问可不可以安排同房型的其他房间,服务员才去找。然后找了说有的,然后又说让我们等半小时,说免费提供饮料。因为太热了就点了奶昔,然后吧台说没冰了。又等了四十多分钟好不容易入住了,我们订的是超大床房加一张床,结果拖鞋,水各种只有两份。我真的难以置信这是一家五星级酒店。

酒店风格十分满意,环境较好。但是,回来发现信用卡扣了3000泰铢,其中扣了2000泰铢早餐费用,在2019年10月17日-2019年10月18日入住期间,我们仅在10月18日消费了早餐,根据酒店用餐费用,一人500泰铢,应该是扣我们1000泰铢早餐费用,但是酒店却扣了我们17、18日两天早餐费用共计2000泰铢。请酒店核实后予以退还1000泰铢的早餐费用进入我刷预售权的信用卡中。

首先,我想对前台办理入住的工作人员表示感谢,一直非常热情,有问必答!首先对酒店印象是非常好的,走进去整体的风格也非常喜欢,比较有特色。服务都很棒! 但是接下来的入住有一些疑问,希望你们能解答: 1.酒店每个房间都是自带电卡的吗?是否会在入住之前把所有灯光都打开? 2.房间内的电视机,为何在没有入住之前就已经是打开的状态,还很大声的在放本地台?给人感觉很不好 3.半夜会传来一些声响,不知道是楼上还是空调?

房间隔音很差,隔壁房间的音乐声会吵到隔壁。并且客房的管理有问题,半夜在未经确认之下打电话给客人,让客人安静,实际上我们早已入睡,吵闹的是别的房间。睡眠不好的我,在被叫醒后彻夜难眠。

1.整体感觉还可以,但是卫生打扫的不干净,还总忘记给洗头发毛巾。 2.电视机在晚上无缘无故打开,吓得同伴和我当晚开灯睡觉。 3.11点总有人敲门,我们度假是为了睡懒觉,结果总被打扰。

一切都很完美,若有缺點就是地點離BTS稍遠,下雨天較不方便,希望早餐的熱食變化多一些,否則多住幾天的話每天都吃得一樣

房间设施算是比较陈旧了,灯开关比较麻烦,房间不是太大。上楼电梯只有两个,人多的话还得等下一班。 酒店前面的路一下雨积水就特别严重,这点最糟糕。前台及服务生都很热情,服务周到。

房間漂亮、乾淨很寬敞舒適,床很大枕頭很舒服。 洗浴用品品質可以改善,晚上叫room service等候時間太久。 會再次入住。

裝潢設計非常具有特色的酒店,但是內部沒有維護,木頭掉漆,毛巾浴巾棉絮僵硬,完全不像五星級飯店. Lobby的接待人員非常冷漠,晚上十點回飯店時,連抬頭問候或是笑容都沒有. 非常後悔選擇這個飯店.
