早餐非常棒! 無邊際泳池跟Sky Bar也非常棒,環境非一般的好,房間也非常棒,唯一美中不足的是,浴室的大浴缸離門很近,浴室門檻沒做防水設施,泡澡時如果不小心浴缸水放太多會水淹到房間,但是這還是瑕不掩瑜很推薦給大家,

酒店设计风,性价比高,洗漱用品讲求节约。位置方便,出地铁过马路就是,去其他景点商业区都方便。这次唯一不好的是床单可能用太多次了,脚底那块磨破了……

服务意识非常差,食品一般,check in时非常不开心,因为我订酒店时有收到酒店发来的email,问有什么偏好安排,我回邮件说我想要water element room,还问我的accor plus生日蛋糕券可否使用,因为我有朋友生日,完全没有人看,check in时告诉我没有water room,让我选其他的,或者等到下午6点,我们在酒店浪费了一下午时间!还有我住三晚有一晚是使用免费房券定的,我全部房费已经在app上付完,前台check in的黑色长发女让我补几百rmb,因为我付钱的那两晚是高等级的房间,补差价免费的那晚,我坚持没付钱她就开始游说我让我住其他的低一等级的房间。酒店内装饰非常cheap,完全不知道泰国的so到底要多差,去泳池时告诉我没有毛巾了,算了我等了一会,去拿毛巾时给我两条旧旧的神色毛巾,那明明就是给gym用的,不应该是给住店的客人用的,别人都是白色的干净的,我那个看上去都脏。25F有个前台,工作人员不礼貌,完全不会打招呼。

« 客房整潔有待改善 »

最初在接待處辦理入住手續時知悉提升至WATER客房時十分高興,但當接待人員引領我們入客房前,敲門多次才用匙卡開門之舉動,已令人感覺此客房應該不潔,加上其樓層及客房的環境漆黑,空調有但如同虛設,溫度不能調升,整晚悶熱,不能安睡。浴室的清潔要待改善, 洗手盆很多污積,洗手盆前邊的毛巾架影響洗手盆的應用。相信入住其他樓層應較為好些。

一早在前一間飯店退房後,因為中午有訂餐廳,想說提前來寄放行李,但飯店貼心的讓我提前入住,而且免費升級幫我換到VIEW更好的公園景觀房型,服務真的沒話說的好,隔天因為是傍晚的班機,也讓我延後至下午兩點退房,讓我不會拖著真的很感謝飯店讓我的旅行更完美。
